Inside, you’ll find tons of games to keep everyone entertained. Outside, there’s a firepit for s’mores nights, yard games, a big dining table for outdoor meals, and a peaceful pond where you can kayak, paddle, or just kick back and enjoy the view.
Whether you’re here to chill or play, this place makes it easy to do both in style. Come make some memories!
**Please note that two other units are on the premise (side unit and basement). Each have their own entrance. Please be mindful and use the main gated entrance leading to the main door.**

Hi there! We’re a husband and wife team based in Charlotte, NC. I'm a local real estate agent, and when we’re not helping people find their dream homes, we’re out exploring with our two Bernese Mountain Dogs. We love spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking scenic trails, relaxing at a dog-friendly park, or discovering hidden gems while traveling.

We fell in love with this neighborhood the moment we found it. It's peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing mornings with a coffee or winding down after a day of exploring. Yet it’s also incredibly convenient—just minutes from all that Charlotte has to offer, including shopping, dining, parks, and major attractions.
One of our absolute favorite features is the pond right in the backyard. It adds a calming, natural touch to the property and makes for the perfect backdrop whether you're enjoying a meal outside or simply taking in the view.
