Looking for a fun, relaxing escape? This gated 4-bedroom home has it all. With high vaulted ceilings, comfy vibes, and plenty of space to unwind, it’s the perfect spot for family trips, friend groups, or a weekend away.
Inside, you’ll find tons of games to keep everyone entertained. Outside, there’s a firepit for s’mores nights, yard games, a big dining table for outdoor meals, and a peaceful pond where you can kayak, paddle, or just kick back and enjoy the view.
Whether you’re here to chill or play, this place makes it easy to do both in style. Come make some memories!
**Please note that two other units are on the premise (side unit and basement). Each have their own entrance. Please be mindful and use the main gated entrance leading to the main door.**

We fell in love with this neighborhood the moment we found it. It's peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing mornings with a coffee or winding down after a day of exploring. Yet it’s also incredibly convenient—just minutes from all that Charlotte has to offer, including shopping, dining, parks, and major attractions.
One of our absolute favorite features is the pond right in the backyard. It adds a calming, natural touch to the property and makes for the perfect backdrop whether you're enjoying a meal outside or simply taking in the view.
