La Bella Vita 21 lies within the gated community of Playa La Jolla. This is a truly idyllic escape, where you are sure to fall in love with our beautiful white sand beaches, inviting warm ocean waters and breathtaking Sonoran sunsets & sunrises.
Now offering concierges services for groceries and beverages. Leave the shopping to us! Contact us 3 days prior to arrival and we will stock the home with your choices.
The Space:
Located at Encanto Beach which is recognized as one of the nicest beaches in the entire region, La Bella Vita 21 is only 15 minutes by car from the shopping and dining areas of Puerto Penasco and a short 2 minute walk from the beach.
Inside your villa, the second floor features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the third floor has the kitchen, living space, another bedroom and a full bathroom. Private balconies as well as a private rooftop terrace showcase the stunning views of the Sea of Cortez to the south, and of the Morua Estuary with desert mountains in the distance to the north. The estuary is a fantastic place to swim, fish, kayak, Snorkel or just enjoy some delicious food at one of the near by oyster farms. We now have a local Taco Stand right outside the Playa Encanto Security Gates.
We are proud to offer 24 hour security and a family atmosphere!
