Fresh clean, private basement apartment space with separate entrance for you to enjoy. High speed Fiber Internet.
Our space is an entire 2000 Sq Ft. secure basement apartment that includes a full size kitchen and four bedrooms. It is located 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, and 15 minutes to the Kimball Junction exit in Park City. Great location for both your winter ski adventures as well as summertime activities.
The space
Designed and decorated exclusively for Airbnb, this basement apartment feels more like a garden level living space. The windows allow natural light to stream in. You will have a private entrance and the space is closed off from the main house. This allows you to have privacy during your stay.
There are four large bedrooms with high quality linens. Large closets in each room. The master suite has an attached bathroom, with dual shower heads. A second bathroom is shared for the other bedrooms.
A full kitchen allows you the flexibility to dine in. Full laundry room and a small office space area in this space.
We have a spacious back yard, with a BBQ grill, Traeger grill, Firepit and patio. Just let us know if you would like to use this great space when you book so that we can ensure that the propane tank is full for your use.

I am an avid traveler, and try to fit work in every now and again. My husband and I have two children and enjoy exploring the world with them. Now we are ready to share our piece of the world with other travelers.
My favorite place in the world is Sydney, Australia. It feels like San Francisco, another one of my favorite places, but I love the harbors and water ways between areas. And Christmas when it is summertime is just delightful!
We look forward to hosting our guests in our home that is just far enough away from Salt Lake to feel like you are camping up in the mountains, and close enough to enjoy the growing downtown nightlife. We are close to the ski resorts and Park City that has activities year round.
