Another Amazing Stay!

The owners are amazing and make sure that you need everything from your home away from home. We had beautiful weather this trip and everything was perfect! The owners really do know how to make you feel welcome and the condo is so inviting! We can't wait to come back next year and continue our tradition! :) Ps- our son slept on the pull out couch this trip and it was very comfortable as well.

Beautiful Stay

Overall a wonderful experience. Beautiful complex, and condo. The only suggestion I would have is to have a handful of beach towels for those traveling via plane and don’t have the extra room in the suitcase.

Better than expected

Very clean with easy beach access, love the keyless entry code so older kids could run back and forth. Beaches are crowded here but the condo is very nice

Great Stay

We had a great time and the condo was really good. However, some of the dishes that were in the cabinet were dirty. It was as if someone unloaded the dishwasher that was never run. All in all, it was a great place to stay with only that one little hiccup.

Amazing!!!

We loved this location, very private and secure. Check in and check out were almost too easy. Beautiful view, on the 2nd floor and easy walk to the pool and beach. Tiki bar at the pool was amazing for the hot days and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more! Thank you so much for the book selection to top it all off! We enjoyed a nice vacation away from our 3 children but we are already planning a trip to bring them back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most amazing time, The condo was so clean and beautiful! We had an issue with the guest shower but when we contacted Gibson rentals they replied right away to our text. We also really appreciated that they contacted us on our next to last day telling us that the rental was open for another day and asked if we would like to extend our stay, unfortunately we couldn’t stay but I thought that was so nice of them to offer. Our stay was so relaxing and the beach was gorgeous but even when you come in from the day the view was just as stunning. We will definitely be coming back next year & booking a longer stay, one week is not enough in this paradise!

Spring break staycation

This condo was nice with a great view of the ocean. It was very relaxing to hear the ocean waves hit at night. I will say that it is set up kind of weird but a little rearranging of furniture might help. I would recommend bringing plastic cups and dinner ware if you have little hands as all provided kitchenware was glass. Overall the condo is nice and will be well worth the money when the weather isn’t cold.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Beach Manor 211. The unit was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The only issue we encountered during our stay was a very, very slow draining shower. The water would back up within a couple of minutes. We were able to share the guest shower, but it was disappointing to not be able to use the beautiful master shower. Even with that issue, we would still highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful Property

This is a beautiful property and the online listing is very accurate. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the mattresses in both rooms need to be replaced. They were all soft and lumpy and all of our backs hurt after the first night (even the 20 year olds). Also the kitchen supplies were a bit scarce in terms of serving and utility items. Other than that, this is a beautiful property and the resort is great! We had some questions and the owner/manager was very quick to respond to our text!

Tops’l beach manor 211

We had a nice stay! Beautiful location and beach. Love Tops’l Beach Manor for its location. Condo was nicely decorated. My only complaint is that the Master Bedroom King bed was very uncomfortable. It sagged on one side and lacked support and felt lumpy. It was so bad we had to have one person sleep on air mattress on floor which was an improvement over the bed. It needs to be replaced with a more supportive mattress. Other than that, everything was perfect and we really did enjoy our stay. Great communication.

May 2023 Stay

We’ve been to Destin multiple times over the past few years and have always had a great time but after this stay we will not be coming back. The condo was nice enough but the only smart tv in the den was not functional and the DVD players were all broken. The condo was clean enough and comfy but that’s about it. As for the experience, as a family with small children we have always set up a small tent on the beach towards the back but rules have changed since we last visited. There’s only a very small area for people to set up their own stuff, tents are not allowed, they want to force you into paying for their chairs and umbrellas, and they have a whole section blocked off for owners only. All of the staff we encountered were very rude. And the pool and bar were closed for a private event all Saturday afternoon and evening. A heads up would have been nice. Will not be returning to Tops’l at all. Not family friendly.
