This is a penthouse condo on the 29th floor. High ceiling and marble flooring. Very high-end finishes.

When you enter this unit, you will be amazed at the STUNNING views overlooking the Gulf Shore Beaches and blue water. The wrap around balcony is the perfect place to start and end your day, enjoying ocean breezes and time with your guests. The kitchen is perfect for a quick snack or a full meal- with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters, it includes all small appliances and utensils, and overlooks the living area. With tile throughout, the modern and bright furnishings make this a vacation paradise. The living area has a sectional couch for plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV, perfect for movie or game nights.

The Master bedroom is a retreat unto itself- it has a gorgeous King bed, a flat screen TV and a private slider to the wrap around balcony. The en suite bathroom has DOUBLE sinks, a soaker bathtub, and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV and plenty of storage. The second bathroom has an extended vanity and a shower tub combo. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, a flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom has a king bed. The third full bathroom also has a shower tub combo. There is plenty of space for everyone!

The unit is beautiful and we loved the fact that there were no bunks but regular beds for adults. There was one window shade in the living room that has been removed and in the afternoon you could not block the sun if you wanted, but other than that it was a wonderful experience.

Overall great experience

Great location, great condo, everything was super clean. The only bummer was that the indoor pool wasn’t heated when we got there because the heater broke, but definitely not their fault.

Very Nice Condo

Beautiful condo. Went in December so the property wasn't busy and didn't have to wait for elevators or anything. Enjoyed the stay. Will say though all the "rules" and fines you get after you book are quite intimidating.

Beautiful and spacious

Booking, check in/out were very smooth. Parking garage is gated, well lit, monitored, spacious and clean to include dedicated spaces for load/unloading. Luggage carts are plenty and easy to access. Amenities are easy to find and access. Very clean! Staff is warm and friendly. The unit is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, clean, plenty of storage and stunning views. This unit accommodated our family nicely. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely Beautiful Condo!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect! The only complaint would be the amount of chemicals they put in the indoor pool, my son actually got a chemical burn on his face. There are two other outdoor pools so we just avoided the indoor. We will definitely stay again next spring break!

We enjoyed our stay

The location is good, right on the beach. The only thing is you need to get to another place to get cart for loading packages. The road outside of the hotel is under construction, not good for walk. It's clean and have most of kitchen tools that needed. The main ceiling light in the living room does not work, fortunately there are other lights, so it was fine. The view is wonderful. I like the bright color decoration in the apartment. We had a good time.

The condo was very nice. Just a suggestion to help improve the stay: There were ants around the island in the kitchen, the remote for the living room fan did not work so it stayed on high all the time, the batteries were dead in most of the tv remotes and some of the elevators were out of service which made the waits long.

The stay was awesome. My family and I will be returning next year around the same time. Pre-check in was quick and easy. Loved the ocean and the city view. Just FYI: The wall vents need cleaning bad. the ice maker was nasty. Wasn’t able to use it. Overall my family and I Really enjoyed our 5 day stay. See ya next year

Spectacular Views

My family and I loved the property. Love the views from the 29 floor. We watched a turtle go by every morning while having coffee. The rates were great. Saw complaints about the elevators but we didnt really have any problems. Of course if you're on the 29 floor you're going to have to wait a minute or so. Overall we had a great time.

It was great !

Maybe just the bars from outside the balcony need to be fixed , there was a broken one & we couldn’t even let our kids outside . But besides that it was a very pretty condo.

Very nice

Very nice and spacious. There were a couple of issues that we had. One Of the stove burners did not work which took me longer to prepare my Thanksgiving dinner for my family. The maker had dilled the freezer there no place to put my frozen foods in the freezer. Abd there were so many ants in the kitchen. So it was a Ok stay.

Friends 30 yr reunion …at Panama

Outstanding rental. Beautiful, high end furnishings, well stocked, would rent again. Large condominium….we are a group of 56 to 63 year olds…place was great in mid September. I have a feeling if you go during peak it would be overcrowded for a group that likes a little privacy. But have saved the number for any trip during off season!

End of summer getaway :)

Six of us wanted a getaway and this was the perfect place. The rooms are set up nicely and the views are amazing from the 29th floor. Perfect location for getting to Pier Park and a short drive to 30A. Having the on-site store was nice and sneaking down for ice cream was perfect. The only thing I will say that is a negative is the wait for elevators. Don’t try to use during check in or out hours. This is the first time staying in such a large hotel so some may be use to that. Overall a great place. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed

This condo was exactly as pictured. There were a few items that were broken on our arrival but nothing that wasn't manageable. Condo was fairly clean, may need a deep cleaning on doors and bathroom vanities (a lot of dirt building up on these). Would definitely stay in this condo again! The elevators at this complex are VERY slow but expected during busy school breaks.
