Quiet Townhome near Saratoga Lake "No Cleaning Fee"

This newly updated home is perfect to accommodate you during your stay in Saratoga County, NY. This 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom townhouse is located in the quiet and beautiful Luther Forest neighborhood. Just minutes from Brown's Beach on Saratoga Lake and is an easy 12-15 minute drive to Saratoga and all downtown has to offer!
The home is centrally located with multiple local restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, post office, an more within minutes!
TV's with Roku's in the living room and each bedroom so you can enjoy any of your apps for streaming! We also have the Spectrum app for some live channels to enjoy.

Washer and dryer also located in the unit

Please no parties. We are a quiet neighborhood with neighbors in close proximity

The host is also located in the neighborhood for your convenience should any problems arise

I do not charge a cleaning fee. Please be assured the house is diligently cleaned before every stay. I just do not think it is appropriate to charge guests extra fee's for things that are included in the cost of your stay :)

Malta townhome

Wonderful property. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Perfect location for us to get to SPAC and downtown Saratoga. Host was extremely helpful accommodating our needs and very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Getaway to Saratoga for NYE

My husband and I went to Saratoga for a NYE getaway to see several concerts. This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed at this property. We love the location, it's clean and a good price. All communication is easy with the property manager and they are quick to respond and very flexible. We will continue to stay here in the future. We love the private backyard and fire pit for summer or fall. There are several good restaurants in the area and it's a quick and easy drive to Saratoga. Lots of nature trails in the area which is a draw for us too.

Track vacation

The house was perfect for two couples returning to an annual Saratoga gathering. Everything was clean and very comfortable; great beds, enough towels and a quiet private backyard to share wine and conversation. We had two excellent meals at Bentley’s Tavern, a short ride from the house. Will be returning.

Beautiful place and responsive owner

What a clean and nice little house, owner responds super quickly with any questions. Stayed there will two kids and was perfect accommodations. Would highly recommend!

Saratoga area trip

Awesome place to stay! Clean, convenient to everything, quiet neighborhood, and just a great place to unwind after exploring downtown Saratoga and Lake George for the day. Close by to some great restaurants, especially breakfast at the Ugly Rooster. Highly recommend and will return if available in the future!

Getaway in Saratoga

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It's very clean, a great location to everything - a beautiful backyard and fire pit and lot's of privacy. We will be back for sure!

Oasis in a quiet treed neighborhood

Fantastic house with everything we needed. Thanks for the ironing board. Weddings with a wrinkled shirt, no good. The neighborhood was quiet and beatiful older homes stuck in the middle of big old trees. Sedate and serene. And definitely check out the Ugly Rooster Cafe down the street! Awesome breakfast and service. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect

Very clean! Had everything needed for your stay including some toiletries, laundry supplies, kitchen supplies, toilet paper, paper towels and all bedroom and bathroom linens. Nice area for us right between Clifton Park and Saratoga. 👍

The only drawback at this property was the shower floors. They are slick and have no non-slip mats. Otherwise all was good.

Luther Forest

The location-great. The layout-fine. The quality-poor. "Master" shower-horrible, can barely turn in it, can't angle showerhead. No full length mirror in entire place. Old, warped, unuseable pans. 1 knife-bread knife. Pantry door broken. Grounds not kept up. Just cheaply done. Comfortable beds though.

Girls weekend

My girlfriend and I did our annual trip to the Saratoga area. This was my rental with VRBO, and I am so pleased. The place exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, close to everything we wanted to do and see and hike! The backyard was amazing and the host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend.

Great small house conveniently located to Saratoga Springs and the horse show! Also convenient to grocery stores and all your errands. Adorably furnished and well equipped!

Great location for Saratoga Springs touristing!

This is sweet find with a short drive to the race track and eateries. The quiet neighborhood made this a refreshing find and the house had a well stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. One small improvement would be an outside dinning table with umbrella. We did enjoy the adirondack chairs with a campfire one evening!

Lovely townhouse in the woods

Peaceful setting-nice townhouse which was nicely stocked for morning coffee and breakfast on the run. VERY CLEAN! Only wish was for more comfortable beds.
