Please call us if you are bringing a pet. The Pet Fee is charged after booking booking ($20/pet/day).

The house is on a quiet street just 3 minutes from Downtown Melbourne which houses the Henegar Center for the Arts, the Melbourne Civic Theatre and a variety of shops, art galleries and restaurants.

About 7 minutes from the closest beach access. Within walking distance to Tijuana Flats, Hamburger Mikes, Domino's Pizza and a CVS store. Also close driving distance from the Eau Gallie Arts district. The Eau Gallie Arts District offer the Foosaner Art Museum, the Rossetter Art Museum and a variety of shops, art galleries and restaurants. Other cool hangouts include Apocalypse Coffee Roasters for a chill night life and locally sources coffee along with great healthy breakfast/lunch options.

3 Bedrooms with 1 full bath in hallway and 1 half bath in master. Living room in front of house and formal dining room is in enclosed porch.

Guest access:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked utility closet.

Other things to note:
We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for spending Thanksgiving with our two children who are students at Florida Tech. The house is a five minute drive to campus. The host is wonderfully responsive. Thank you!

Communication with the host was outstanding! No waiting at all! The house has an Old Florida vibe. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen appointment served all of our needs. Plenty of towels and extra blankets for cool evenings. We really loved this home. So relaxing and convenient to all spots we needed to visit. Definitely will return!

The location and cleanliness of this house was by far the best. Communications with the owner was always prompt. Furnishings were fabulous for our stay. The little details like having towels in each room, coffee and filters available. Neighborhood is quite. The backyard patio made for a great place to watch the dog as she stretched her legs.Close to everything - nothing seemed further than 3 miles. All in all, everything about this house was great. Looking forward to our be next visit. Oh the A/C works great!!

Very convenient location for me. Having basic things like a lighter, scissors, tissue paper, extra paper towels would be nice. It would be nice if the back door had a smart lock for when it is raining.Overall, very happy.

Cute 3 bedroom house with some modern upgrades

This property has a lot of character and has been upgraded nicely in many ways. 3 nicely sized bedrooms, each with one queen bed. 1.5 bathrooms, so decide if your party can share one tub/shower while there. The host was attentive before and during our stay.

Beautiful, comfortable home and great location

This home was clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Exactly as pictured. It's very close to Downtown Melbourne and Florida Tech. Superb communication and very simple check in and check out process. I would definitely stay again!

Cozy and Clean Home!

Cute, cozy, and clean home and close to downtown. It was also close to other things we enjoyed. It was also 30 min from the Brevard Zoo. Great weekend trip!

We had an incredible experience at Pedro and Lauri’s home in Melbourne! From the moment we arrived, their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The house was spotless, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay—plenty of towels, linens, and all the kitchen essentials. The beds were super cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after exploring the area. The location is perfect—a quiet neighborhood, but just a short drive to the beach and charming old town Melbourne. Claire, their assistant, was also fantastic, always quick to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend this wonderful home! We’d love to stay here again!

Beautiful Place

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean and inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and close to FIT and the base. House was well stocked. Communication with the team was great. We will definitely rent again.

Cute little house conveniently close to Florida Tech

Went for my graduation with my 2 kids and my parents. 3 bedrooms. 1.5 bathroom. Perfect house for all 5 of us. Convenient to Orlando, Ron Jon, and Kennedy Space center.
