Very clean, beautiful townhouse loaded with everything needed for our eight day stay. We enjoyed morning breakfast on the patio while watching the dolphins swim in the river daily. The short drive to Melbourne area beaches and Space Coast Park made this a perfect place for us. There were more household items provided at this location than any other VRBO we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Steve our host and his place get a “Wow”from me and my wife. Best VRBO we have ever stayed in and we have seen our share. We had mentioned we were in Melbourne to see our new grandson. We had a beautiful baby basket waiting for us at check in! The house was clean and felt newly renovated. He had all the kitchen appliances and our stay was great! Location was perfect for our visits to Indialantic. Thank you Steve!

This place truly felt like a home away from home. It’s beautifully decorated, and everything—from the beds to the couch—was incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was being able to see dolphins and even rocket launches right from the balcony, which made the experience feel extra special.The location is perfect, with plenty of amazing local restaurants just a short distance away. But honestly, nothing beat starting and ending the day on the dock—sipping coffee in the morning and watching the sunset with dolphins swimming by in the evening.It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. We were genuinely sad to leave and are already looking forward to coming back!Our pup even loved the dolphin watching!

Well equipped. Everything we needed. CLEAN!!! Host super available and responsive. The back river was very tranquill. Saw dolphins, manatees and Pelcians. Highly recommend.
