An oceanfront hideaway on Kauai's Eastside Royal Coconut Coast, located between Lihue and Kapaa, the Kaha Lani Resort is on a white sandy beach with lush tropical grounds. Featuring one, two and three bedroom units with fully equipped kitchens, free wifi and parking, as well as access to barbecue areas, a tennis court, and a large oceanfront heated swimming pool.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Our collections of rentals are professionally managed by in-house staff with a commitment to personalized service, fine attention to detail and a true sense of Aloha. This property is fantastic. The location is idyllic and the host, the Parrish Collection, went above and beyond to quickly address any and all concerns that came up..including a neighboring unit's new occupant chain smoking and filling our unit with cancer fumes. This is not a complaint, but just a word of warning that, like the mainland, Kauai is Hot in August. The hosts do as good a job as possible providing fans for this 'no a/c' unit, but we still had a few nights that were borderline unbearable inside the bedrooom with the heat ( our daughter stayed on the pullout in the living room and was fine). A visit here in winter/spring I think would be totally comfortable with just fans and ocean breezes to move the air. All in all, I would recommend this unit to anyone, loved it. The service was the best we've ever had in a vrbo rental.

Nice Quiet Retreat by the Beach

This is a good location with easy access to all parts of the island. The beach is only a short walk and the sounds of waves and ocean breeze was nice while sitting on the patio eating dinner at night.

Overall a Great Stay

This is a great location as it close to the North Island and the South Island. The beach in front is beautiful. With Lydgate park being so close, this is a nice location for families. The unit and complex is very well maintained. The closet full of beach items was fantastic. We used the chairs and cooler very day. The one downside is that there aren't any cushions for the lanai chairs.

Kauai Anniversary Trip

We had a wonderful time! The condo was comfortable and cute, not a far at all drive from the places to eat and the coconut marketplace! Very peaceful quiet condominium and we appreciated that. The only noise you may hear is the roosters letting you know it is time to wake Up!

Great location & condo

We loved the quiet atmosphere of this neighborhood & the location both on the island & closeness to a nice beach. The condo doesn’t have AC like lots of places on the island, but it was very comfortable in January, especially with the windows open at night. We had a wonderful stay here, the condo was very well stocked & we had a very enjoyable week here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was wonderful, the view amazing, and the beach toys more than we expected. Very much appreciated how they dealt with a complication that came up when we made our reservation. Definitely recommend!! The roosters were an added bonus - loved them!

Great Place

Enjoyed the stay for sure. You can hear and see the ocean from front room and patio. Breezes blow consistently through sliding door. Location great for us as visiting family in Kapaa. Only issue being on bottom floor was some heavy walking above us.
