Lovely property, fantastic views

Property was good, easy to find and located very conveniently for day trips to Edinburgh. Views are just breathtaking and its very tranquil and relaxing. Lodge have all needed for a comfortable stay, nice bedrooms, large bathroom, lovely open plan living area. Properly was clean but had few broken bits. Manager was not available, so we had to self check in and self check out. Reception was never open so if we actually needed some help during our stay, we had noone to reach out to. Overall I would recommend the area and the lodge.

Stunning lodge in beautiful location

We spent New Year in this lodge which was warm and cosy even though the weather wasn't. The site was very quiet and views from the lodge over the loch are stunning. The lodge is also conveniently situated for walks and shops.

Cozy Lodge

We loved Loch Leven Lodge. Nicely located just north of Queensferry it’s a short drive from Edinburgh, St. Andrews, and Glasgow. Very cozy and beautiful sunrises and views over Loch Leven. Recommend highly. Incredible value as well.

The site and position of the property was excellent. Views wonderful. Everything supplied at the property was very good. Everything you needed was there. The only downside was the double mattress, it sank to the middle and was very uncomfortable. The sheets were also tired.

Mega Aussicht

Super Aussicht auf das Loch Leven! Schönes Cottage mit allem was man braucht. Leider ist die Hauptstrasse unmittelbar hinter dem Cottage recht laut (auch in der Nacht). Die Unterkunft ist also nichts für lärmempfindliche. Tisch und Stühle auf dem Sitzplatz sind rostig.

Stunning view

Perfect location and stunning view. We have a 2 year old and felt it was very safe for him to run around and with the doors open to the decking too. It was very clean and tidy upon arrival only things were that it didn’t have a supply of bin bags or a hair dryer. We’ve already recommended it to friends and we’ll be back. The postcode took as to a private house opposite the farm, I would just put in Loch Leven lodges in the sat nav.

Great staycation

Beautiful lodge well equipped with stunning views over loch leven. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and we will definitely be booking again. So peaceful and quiet, not far to a local shop, we also enjoyed a nice takeaway meal from Kinross who delivered to the lodge. The lodge was very clean and nicely presented the only thing I wasn’t keen on was the mattress in the double room felt a bit like a water bed very soft when one person moves you both move.

Wouldn’t recommend Lodge 13

Owner and staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Scenery is absolutely stunning and so peaceful. Café is quite expensive so I’d recommend exploring the local villages and towns near by. Inside the lodge was infested with spiders/nests on the ceilings and walls due to not being deep cleaned properly, cobwebs all over the ceilings, walls, windows and doors. Dead insects all over the bedroom(s) blinds, the walls need repainted due to markings and dirt and the Sofa needs replaced.

Relaxing stay in stunning location

Excellent chalet, very well equipped, comfortable and spacious, (we were a party of 5). Fantastic location for touring Fife. Panoramic views from chalet with large deck and seating area. Beds were comfortable. Large main bathroom and en suite in double bedroom with excellent showers in both. All the comforts of home. Highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Dirty Oven and Dead Flies

Whilst the view was absolutely stunning and the location unbeatable, the property was let down by basic cleanliness. The oven had not been cleaned out after the last guest, with dirty tin foil still in the tray. It clearly had not been checked. The other big note was that the blinds in the main bedroom were COATED with dead bugs and flies upon being rolled down. The place was generally grubby, during a pandemic this was worrying. Lovely location, nice space, letdown by not being clean.

Idyllic setting

A beautiful lodge in a beautiful setting lodge was everything and more we could have wanted .It was spotlessly clean and was lovely to sit out at night and watch the sunset on a spacious verandah. The surrounding area was lovely and you were close to leven perth Kinross lovely drive to these towns Cafe on the carpark was excellent

Lovely quiet location

Nice lodge to stay in, lovely and clean. Shower was amazing the pressure from it 10/10. Made to feel welcome. Nice walk to the loch. Recommend going to the coffee shop nice people.
