Fully renovated, our farmhouse boasts:

Early Check In & Late Check Out:
- Subject to availability, can only be confirmed 24hrs in advance of your check in/out.

Family stay in August

We had a great time at Mitch’s place! There were a good amount of us with a mix of adults and kids. It was super hot and we got plenty of pool time. The house was confortable and well stocked. Mitch is super responsive to any questions we had. Would def stay here again!

yearly family vacation

it has been my family’s tradition to go on an out of town trip during summer and for the past 3 years in Paso Robles. This property is perfect for my family soecially to my 3 grand daughters.The house is very cozy and family friendly. very neat and clean as well. The pool is our family’s favorite spot and enjoyed it so much. Also, the ease of communicating with the host Mitch is very swift and the response is very fast. will highly recommend for everyone family or group gatherings.

21st Birthday

Rented this beautiful home to host 12 gals for a 21st birthday wine tasting weekend! Great location . Amenities were great! House has everything you need!! Great bonus room with pool table and room to enjoy a large group! Outside was gorgeous lay out!

The house was in a great location and had so many amazing amenities. We were short on towels and dish ware but other than that we were super happy with our stay!

Nice Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay for a quick weekend get away. Two families with small children fit perfectly. Not a whole lot to do on property due to rainy weather but location was close to town/restaurants. Wish we could have enjoyed the outdoors. We will be back!

Great home & location

Loved the house, location just a few miles from downtown, and great outdoor spaces to hang out. Host was quick to respond and appreciate him allowing us to store groceries we brought with us in the fridge, for several hours prior to check in time. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful family staycation

The property is lovely and very comfortable, nicely decorated and well stocked with supplies. The pool table, games along with the outdoor fire pit and pool hot tub kept us busy and entertained. Since we are all adult size, the full size beds were a bit cramped. The upstairs bedroom with the desk has a mirror facing the bed which is bad feng sway. So the guests in that room did not sleep well at all. The property manager was A++ in service and response. Overall our stay was wonderful and a great memories were created. Lovely property off the main road.

Wonderful weekend stay!

My family enjoyed our Memorial Day weekend stay at this charming property. My boys especially enjoyed the Pool and the Spa (it was a bit of a chillier weekend in Paso). We also enjoyed playing a family game of Pool. All the rooms were very comfortable and we found the house to be well stocked with towels for the Pool as well as kitchen items. We would definitely stay here again when visiting our family in the area.

Fantastic Weekend in Paso

Our family came to Paso to celebrate our daughters 40th birthday. The modern farmhouse was the perfect place to celebrate the occasion with ample room to accommodate everyone. The weather was perfect as we enjoyed lounging on the patio, soaking in the hot tub, competing at a game of cornhole, and taking neighborhood strolls by the vineyards.

Great Place for Weekend Away

Our group of 14 adults stayed for a weekend while we did some wine at in the area. The house is lovely. Hot tub, pool table, and fire pit were big hits, and we used the great, well stocked kitchen. Plenty of parking.

Great home for large groups

Beautiful home in a great location. It is close to wineries, downtown restaurants and grocery stores but far enough to feel like you are away from the crowds. It is a great spot for large groups with lots of parking. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. We loved the extra-large dining table that worked well for eating meals together, playing games and hanging out. The rooms were nicely decorated and even with twelve people and two dogs the house did not feel crowded. We hope to come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the outdoor amenities. The pool chairs look so inviting and the corn hole games will be competitive. Mitch was easy to contact and responsive. The welcome guide was very useful.

Beautiful location, responsive host, amazing property

My friends and I had an amazing time at Mitch's property. The house was large enough to comfortably fit everyone, and the amenities were great as well! While some things were a little finicky, Mitch was extremely responsive in helping us figure out how to get things working smoothly. I would absolutely come back to this property and could not recommend better for large groups or families.

Our Favorite Paso VRBO House Thus Far

This was our favorite Paso VRBO house thus far. This property is a beautiful modern farmhouse, very spacious and the pictures accurately portray the house. We loved all the renovations done to the house/property, plenty of entertaining/gathering spaces (outside in the backyard both the dining area and lounging area, the pool area, fire pit, corn holes games and room with billiards). The house is nicely decorated (not overdone with lots of tchotchkes like other places). The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms had great quality/plush towels, and the house stocked well stocked with supplies like toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, etc. We loved that the house was dog friendly (no carpet, fenced in yard and plenty of outdoor space to play fetch/frisbee. The proximity to restaurants and wineries was perfect. We had wanted to use the pool so opted to pay for the heated pool since our stay was in October and not as warm outside as the summer months when heated pool is not needed. On our first or second day of wine tasting, the owner let us know that the pool service provider was on property and noted an issue with the sensor so the pool heat may not work, which ended up being correct. Mitch credited us immediately for the cost. We hope to come back to get full use of the pool area, it’s a very nice area and we would have enjoyed staying out there. However, this did not negatively impact our trip, we still had a wonderful time at the wineries, restaurants and hanging out at the house. Mitch, the owner, was very responsive and helpful to the questions we had before our arrival. We loved the property and plan to rent again.

Great spot - will come back!

Great views of grape vines from the living room, close access to downtown/stores as well as breweries/wineries. Kitchen and dining area is large, open, and accommodates larger groups well. Bedrooms were clean and beds very comfortable. AC kept house cool and the pool is a nice escape from the heat and I enjoyed how it’s tiered down from the house in its own area so any splashing or kids yelling won’t bother anyone napping or wanting quiet inside the house Mitch the owner was super responsive and helpful for the very few questions we had. I love the central coast area and Paso Robles with my family was a PERFECT fit with this house. My parents, my siblings, and their spouses and kids all enjoyed our stay

Awesome stay for our family reunion!!

Very beautiful home! Host Mitch was very prompt communicating via app. Had some issues heating pool/spa but he quickly helped resolve. Tasteful choice of design and decor Plenty of towels and dishes. Could probably use more cooking/baking tools and also pool toys/ shade but otherwise our 5 day/4 night stay was delightful. Highly recommended and looking forward to booking again soon!!

Anniversary

This is a really great place in Paso Robles fairly close to downtown, wineries, and Lake Nacimiento. Has a great pool and plenty of room for guests. The host, Mitch, is very easy to reach and quick to respond. Would love to stay there again. 5 stars.
