This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, called Flip Flop Inn, is your home away from home. The house is only 1 block from the beach and sleeps a maximum of 8. There is 1 queen in the master bedroom on the ground level. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms + 1 bathroom are on the 2nd level. There is 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom & 1 full with twin bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. This house is pet friendly (dogs only) with a $200.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee!

This house is located in the quiet Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. The Flip Flop Inn is conveniently located to several restaurants, shops, beach bars, attractions & more. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to make a meal. Wanna grill out? No problem, there is a BBQ grill and picnic table too. There are TV's in all 3 bedrooms as well as the living room, free Wi-Fi, parking for 2 vehicles and a full sized washer & dryer. The beach is is only 400 ft away and the Flip Flop Inn features an enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water and a foot wash to minimize bringing sand inside.

This was a great stay and was a great location. The beach was very close and easy to get to. The neighborhood was very clean. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House was very clean and was well equipped with everything we needed. Great location in proximity to the beach, just a short walk! The management company was very friendly and helpful - they were very quick to respond to any/all requests. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

Great house!

The house was perfect and such a quick walk to the beach! Not the best if you’re looking to be close to shops and restaurants, you have to drive. But if you are looking to relax, the location is great!

Flip Flop

Check in was very easy. Called ahead before check in and the house was ready so we were able to check in earlier. House was clean and roomy enough for our family. Recliners need to be changed out. Kitchen supplies were adequate. Towels supplied were clean as were the bed clothes. The area under the house was a good storage space for all the fishing supplies but we did get heavy down pours and it did get flooded. In fact, the properties in that area all were flooded but it did not take long for the water to disappear once it stopped raining. It was a very nice house and we loved the location!

Great time!

Had a great time! House very nice, A bit loud first 2 nights as there were college kids in nearby house setting off fireworks and playing loud music, but they were told to leave and all was great after that.

That can be a positive or a negative depending on how you view convenience, walking vs golf cart. A golf cart is needed for this location. No remote for bedroom TV, had to hard reset the fridge myself, not cooling. Glass storm door shock and handle broken upon arrival. No yard for dogs, inches away from neighboring homes.

Vacation

It was nice but had some issues- the refridgerator filter kept dinging because it needed replaced , the rocking chair under the deck was broken and we couldn’t use it and the picnic table bench was broken and not safe to sit on - also some of the pans to cook in were scratched and we couldn’t cook good in some of them because the food stuck to the pans/ liked the privacy and the neighbors were great !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Flip Flop for 4 days and it was a good location for us. We were close enough to the beach to make access easy and the house was clean. We did not cook at the house as we were visiting relatives who live in Myrtle Beach, but cooking utensils and cookware was minimal. We did have plenty of plates/silverware/coffee mugs and glasses. There were only 4 adults who stayed here, but there was plenty of room for additional people. If visiting the area again, we would definitely look to book this location.

The house was great and as advertised!

We loved the house, as it was nice and updated. We couldn't help but notice, the property was not cleaned very well, as there were hairballs on the floor in living room and under TV stand, and the HVAC filter had 1/2" of gunk on it, which was whistling and not working properly. We changed the filter out, and it seemed to work fine. If the home was cleaned properly, we would have nothing to report. Close to beach, and included all amenities listed. We had fun!

Nice place a block from the beach.

Nice place, great location. A few minor issues someone (owner?) Should see to it that appliances are working properly. Iron was missing. Toaster did not work. Dryer vent was completely clogged due to improper installation and so took aeveral cycles to dry.. R.E. agency responded promptly and made everything right. Despite these issues, we enjoyed he place.

It worked!

Overall it was a very nice place but there were a few problems. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty and did not get clean when running it so we had to do them by hand. The grill and grilling utensils were filthy and the propane tank was empty so we had to clean everything and purchase propane. We also had to wait over an hour to get into house because the cleaning people were running late. The location was very convenient and close to the beach and just a couple minute drive to get groceries. The outdoor shower was handy as well as the patio area and picnic table. Overall, the house was very nice for our family.

Nice proximity to the beach

My family stayed at the Flip Flop Inn for a week. Overall, the location was fabulous with close proximity to the beach. The bedrooms were a great size, nice updated bathrooms and kitchen. The open floor plan made it conducive to family gatherings and meals. The booking and check in process were seamless. The negatives: while I appreciate that this rental is pet friendly, the unit was not cleaned well prior to our visit. There was large clumps of black dog hair on the floors, as well as food crumbs under the bar stools. The oven was not able to cook a meal, as it never met the appropriate temperature (the outdoors air temperature could cook food faster). The handle on the screen door kept falling off. My husband went to the store to get a set of Allen keys to repair it. The outdoor stairs are dangerously in need of repair. Furthermore, the outdoor ceiling fans did not work.
