Great house for larger group

Great home for a larger group. While the house is older and needs some updates in a few areas, we enjoyed our stay. Owners are very particular about different components of the property but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful vacation home

Beautiful vacation home! Had an awesome time on our trip the home was very accommodating with a pool. Had an issue with the power being out for 2 hours but the owner was very helpful and prompt when notified about the issue and the power company showed up fast! Gave us time to enjoy the pool 🥰

Plenty of room for a family of 10

We had to find a last minute rental while evacuating from Hurricane IDA. Rajesh was very accommodating to all our requests with super fast responses. There was still an extra room with two bunk beds that wasn’t in use. Pots, pans, utensils, detergent, hand soap, and towels were all provided. The pool was a good size. Quick 100mb WiFi internet speed. House stayed cool around 72 during the day while it was over 100 degrees outside. Very easy to get to the highway and lots of food options around. I would stay again.

Convenient and short distance to all Asian markets and restaurants

The house is so closed to Bellaire, which is just 5-10 min away from all Asian restaurants n street good. We could not ask for more. The owner is very helpful, friendly, and fast response to our questions. Thank you. We hope to visit again.

Family Vacation

Some updating can be done to the house. Also you can have more face towels accessible for your guest. Overall the house was nice and property manager was available if needed. My family and I enjoyed our vacation stay. Would recommend.

21st Birthday Celebration

This property was perfect for my Son’s 21st birthday celebration with family and friends. The property was just as listed, and easily accommodated all ten of us. Is in a very good neighborhood and close to all the local attractions while providing a relaxing and family atmosphere. The Host was very responsive and all the special touches made for a memorable weekend!

Awesome Pool !!!!!!!!!!!

The property was exactly as listed, it was very spacious !!! It is a very large house so it takes a little time for the AC to cool it down but once it did we couldnt tell it was 98 degrees out!!! The pool was amazing we basically spent the entire weekend in it even after we went to a pool party lol !!! The location was a nice quiet neighborhood so we tried our best to keep it down but no one really bothered us about it. We really enjoyed our stay!

Spacious House

Loves the layout of the house and pool. Very spacious and accommodates families with children well. My only concern was cleanliness in the kitchen. The dishwasher had a foul odor when we got there so we avoided opening it during our stay.

Good location

The good: location to eateries and shopping, proximity to shopping, large home, large pool, basic kitchen necessities, good internet connection, good neighborhood to go running/walking, owners respond quickly, was a pet friendly place The bad: older, worn home, some pots and pans were scratched up and unusable, aesthetics (missing paint, patched up walls, landscaping), light switches for some rooms don't work so use the lamps, kitchen sink leaning downward. None of these issues made the trip worse for our family, but I could see it as a problem for families expecting a house in tip top shape.
