The setting is very private, featuring outdoor lighting by the heated pool, making it a perfect place to enjoy the Summer days.

The house is situated on a peaceful cul-de-sac with sun-filled rooms and beautiful views of the nature preserve. Additionally, the guest section is separate from the rest of the bedrooms, with doors opening to a private patio and a view of the pool.

Please note that the cleaning service fee is not included in the utility costs, and the property has a maximum occupancy of eight people. Regretfully no pets are allowed.
