Welcome to our cozy orchard guest cottage located at Grandad’s Apples Orchard near the heart of apple country. Only minutes from Historic Downtown Hendersonville, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Tryon Equestrian Center, DuPont State Forest, and Downtown Asheville. Centrally located to explore all the opportunities for hiking the land of many waterfalls, sightseeing, antiquing, and visiting the many wineries and breweries.

Springtime is special to enjoy all the apple blossoms and in the fall, the foliage of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Visiting Grandad’s Apple Orchard is also a must during our apple season.

The cozy orchard guest cottage is on a working farm. It is a 3 bedroom, two bath home. The main bedroom and adjoining bathroom are on the first floor and has a king sized bed. The other two bedrooms and shared bathroom are upstairs with queen sized beds. It is a perfect retreat for families, couples, and business travelers. We offer wifi at 10mbps, and a convenient electric keycode for easy access to the cottage. Ring Cameras are located at both entrances of cottage

Other Things to Note
This is the first time we have offered this as a vacation rental. The home is recently renovated and has all new furnishings.

This will be our go to place to stay at when we are in Hendersonville every year. This place was absolutely amazing. I cannot emphasize regarding the location, cleanliness, just the perfect place. My family had a fantastic time and the view with the Orchard overlooking the mountains was fantastic.
This was our view every morning, having coffee, and in the evening when it cooled off having a cocktail. Just wonderful.

We absolutely loved this property… cute as can be house surrounded by apple trees. Just heaven! Check in was a piece of cake and communication with the property owner/manager was so easy. The view from the back porch is perfection!

Girls Trip

We had the best time at the house! It had a beautiful view of Granddad’s Apple Orchard, perfect for our morning coffee. It was also close to many restaurants and wineries that we enjoyed going to. Definitely will be back!

Amazing views and cute property! We had a great time. We arrived on a Sunday evening and the farm was crowded but during the week there weren't many out so it was really peaceful. Spent a lot of time on the patio.

Cute house on edge of apple farm

Beautiful home with a great location!

We enjoyed a wonderful trip to Hendersonville for a 4 day baseball tournament! The home was perfect for our needs and the host was very accommodating to our requests/ questions. The host was very responsive throughout the weekend! We will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Very nice cottage. Convenient to everything.

This was our second stay at the cottage for our friends get-away. It has just the right space and all the amenities we prefer in a quiet, peaceful setting. It is convenient to all of our favorite restaurants, and shopping. Already planning to book again in a few months.

Lovely retreat!

Home was so comfortable and perfectly furnished without the typical rental furniture/decor haphazard overflow. The front porch view each morning was worth and extra drive or inconvenience of not having a hotel experience. We absolutely loved our stay, and the kids cannot wait to go back to the 'apple house'. Owner was great at communicating!

Peaceful Stay

My husband and I stayed at the cottage with our pup and had an amazing time. It was such a beautiful property inside and out. It was so well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed. The only downside for us was that we had to drive through town to get to all the Mtb trails we were there to ride. That was minor and I definitely recommend staying here to anyone.
