Parking was easy, off street behind the house.and felt safe. It was easy to load/unload our belongings. Everything was clean and plenty of towels. There were even dog bowls ready for our dog.

It’s very comfortable for a grown family of 5. It had everything we needed and nice decor. It was in a nice safe neighborhood and ample parking.

Nice place. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The living area was larger than it looked in photos. Loved the back porch and fire pit.Great guest book with instructions for TV, fire, coffee makers....close enough to Biltmore to get there in 20-25 minutes.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Luna! The home was clean, comfortable, well organized, and exactly as described. The layout worked perfectly for our family and our pet. One of our favorite moments was spending a brisk evening around the fire pit, watching our grandson toast marshmallows—it was such a relaxing and memorable experience. Our dog also appreciated the large backyard, along with the thoughtful touches like food and water bowls and treats.The location was beautiful, with views of a small hill and morning mist, and it’s conveniently close to Biltmore Park, the Biltmore Estate, and downtown Asheville while still feeling quiet and private.Maria was a responsive and accommodating host, even allowing us a slightly extended checkout, which we appreciated. The only minor issue was that the driveway lights weren’t working, so the backyard was quite dark at night with just the porch light. That said, it didn’t take away from an otherwise very pleasant stay.The guest handbook was also well put together and full of helpful information. We would absolutely recommend Casa Luna!

Great family getaway!

10 minutes to great restaurants, 20 minutes to downtown Asheville and about 30 minutes to Biltmore. The renovations made on this house, make it modern, comfortable and extremely clean.

Would stay again.

The house looked small at first, but was spacious inside. Clean and convenient location. Very quiet friendly neighborhood. We all agreed we would use this house again if in the area.

Family wedding

We enjoyed our stay. Fall decor was lovely, home very clean and comfortable. Loved the outdoor fire pit. Dog friendly and treats were a plus. If we are ever in the area, we would love to stay in your home again.
