Welcome to Meso Maya III, a stylish townhome built in 2022 with a modern boho-chic design, perfect for a relaxing stay in Tulum.

The outdoor space is ideal for unwinding or spending time with family and friends. Enjoy a private, non-heated jacuzzi on sunny days, a cozy terrace with patio furniture, and a great setup for casual barbecues. The home also includes a private parking spot for your convenience.

Located in La Veleta, on the corner of Calle 5 Sur and Calle 6, you’ll be just a short walk from Calle 7, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants and local favorites. Downtown Tulum is only a 2-minute drive away, and the stunning Caribbean beaches are just 13 minutes from the property.

Inside, the townhome comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. Each room features comfortable beds, air conditioning, and ceiling fans to keep you cool. Perfect spot, close to bars and restaurants and coffee shops, nice and quiet. Beautiful condo very well laid out. Hosts were helpful and very nice. Pool was nice and cool. Perfect for cooling off. Would come back again

Tulum get away

David and Lupita are wonderful hosts. The place is awesome. Very close to eatery's, downtown, and not far from the beach.

Stay in Tulum

This was a beautiful place in a good location to dining and shops. There were clear instructions for getting to the house as well as for check in. Lupita was quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns and was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!

This is a great townhouse. It is modern and clean, with great options for either indoor or outdoor living. It is within walking (stumbling) distance to many great restaurants and bars, but yet is tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The property managers are easy to communicate with and are very prompt in their replies. Highly recommend.

A "Tulum" Home away from home

My family and I loved this home in Tulum. It was very well supplied with everyday essentials, such as drinking water, toilet paper, soaps for hair, body, dishes and clothing. The host responded very quickly when we were in need of something and was very cordial. My two concerns for this home was that there is no hand rail for the stairs to go to the second floor. Also, at the top of the stairs the railing on the top floor ends before the first step. One needs to be careful when walking nearby because you can take a misstep and fall down. Otherwise, the home is very beautiful and clean, my family and I enjoyed our stay there and would definitely consider it again for a future trip.
