This is an upper level condo in a 2 story building in Harborside House North on Sunset Beach, Treasure Island , FL 33706.

Views of the Gulf of Mexico, steps from the beach, this idyllic 1 bedroom/1 bathroom 480 sq ft unit, is conveniently located across from Sunset Beach. Close to the village of Treasure Island, shops, convenience stores and restaurants and bars, as well as other local beach towns along Gulf Blvd.

Recently updated property , with kitchen and various appliances, brand new microwave oven just installed, new bed frame & mattress as well as a table & chairs in the kitchen/living room area. Brand New AC Installed April 2024. Brand New Shower Head & Arm installed 1 Feb 2026 as well as a brand new Water Heater installed 2 feb 2026.

TV , Internet & Wifi. BBQ area & Laundry Facility (still being remediated) on site as well as Parking Permit for 1 Car.

This is a NON Smoking property as well as No Pets/Animals Allowed.

Excellent location

This condo was the perfect get away. Close to the beach with all the additional beach gear needed. Owner was very friendly and helpful! Definitely enjoyed our stay and will be staying again in the future.

Exceptional getaway!

This property was everything I wanted for a little getaway. Just steps from the beach. Easy access to many places such as Publix right down the road as well as Caddy’s! Jeremy, the owner, made sure the condo had everything you would ever need in case you didn’t bring! He was incredibly on top of all questions. Will absolutely be renting again for a little getaway from grad school.

Very nice condo experience near Sunset Beach, Treasure Island, Florida

Had a very nice 1 week stay at Jeremy's 1 BR condo. It is an older building, but seems well cared for and clean. The apartment itself is clean and cozy, and provides all one would need for a comfortable stay, including AC and fast wifi (I was on my own, but two people would be served nicely there). It is up one flight of stairs, on the upper floor of a two story complex. Just across the street to the west is easy public access to miles of sandy beach. The area is pleasant and was generally quiet. Jeremy was easily reached by text or phone, and was prompt in responding and very polite. I would definitely recommend this place!

Oh, So Perfect!

Our too short trip was relaxing and adventurous! We enjoyed beach walks in the morning and evening. We ventured out during the day on a trolly, a boat and even an open air bus/taxi jamming to the best tunes! We ate delicious food at Shrimpies,(jambalaya) La Casa Del Pane,(EVERYTHING!!!!) Dead Bob's Bar(best peel and eat shrimp ever!) Rickey T's(grouper nuggets) and tipped excellent drinks in too many places to mention.($4.00 Sangria's in Gulfport on Saturdays - sooo good!) Late at night, we shared in Happy Hour with the neighbors who could not have been more friendly and interesting. And I don't know how this happened, but the weather was PERFECT!!!!!! On our way back to central Florida we planned our next trip to Treasure Island.

The place is just like the listing. Cute decor and everything you could need. It was great to have beach chairs and beach towels to use. The host had great communication. Only thing to note is that they are doing work to the lower apartments so a fence has been put up, you have to walk around the building to get to the beach instead of walking directly across. It didn’t bother me a ton but worth noting.

Really awesome place

This place is so awesome to stay at. The owner jeremy is really helpful if you need anything. The condo is really awesome all up to date in condo. Really clean and professional. Plus the view from the door is so amazing can see the ocean water from front door few steps to the beach. They have everything you will need in condo to. We will definitely be back soon to stay again. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Outstanding beach condo and hosts

This condo across from Sunset beach is impeccable. It is clean, beautifully decorated with a beach theme and the hosts included so many amenities to make the stay comfortable: towels, toiletries, sunscreen, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and so much more; I couldn't think of anything that they missed in case we forgot to bring something. There is a 7-11 within walking distance as well as a couple restaurants and bars. When I looked into renting property, one of my concerns was how good the air conditioning would be. The temperature of this condo was perfect and you have the option to adjust the temperature to suit your preference. The queen bed was very comfortable, the linens were luxurious and there are smart TV's in the bedroom and living room. Entry to the condo is keyless so you don't have to worry about bringing keys when you head to the beach (which is literally across a quiet, small road). You can sit out on the front porch and, while there is a tall building across the street, you can still see parts of the beach. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and Jeremy's outstanding hospitality made this the perfect getaway at the beach. I highly recommend staying at this condo; you will be impressed with its location and comfort. We would love to rent this again!
