Very nice place to stay with a great view! The unit had everything needed for a beach trip—chairs, floats, and more. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everyone we met was friendly, and the location had easy access to the elevators. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

Perfect beach getaway.

The his condo is a great find on Treasure Island. The beach access is super convenient and easy to get through since the sand is packed down on the walkway. We drug a cooler and a wagon each day and it was easy! The beach chairs provided could be better, one of them was completely broken but still in the closet, so that was annoying. There is a company that will rent you nicer chairs and an umbrella for 40 a day- worth it if you’re spending the entire day out there, Or you can bring your own. The room was very clean and had plenty of towels for the 3 of us. The laundry machines worked well and is an added bonus to have on site. The ice machine in the freezer did very well and we never ran out. The rest of the kitchen equipment left a lot to be desired, but my husband and I are chefs so we should have known to bring our own knives at the very least. The balcony provides a perfect view of the ocean and its gorgeous sunsets but, I do wish the chairs were more comfortable. The king size bed and the couch bed were great! Overall, we had a really great experience and would absolutely book here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is nice and well stocked. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The beach was perfect! Will definitely stay again.

Gorgeous View

Perfect location. You can walk to stores, restaurants and bars. The view is phenomenal! The pull out couch was comfortable. Beach chairs and towels as well as some beach toys were in the closet. Nice kitchen and laundry.

Comfortable condo. Nice view.

Town has not recovered from hurricane damage from fall 2024. Many restaurants not open. No upscale dining available. We drove 30 minutes to St. Petersburg for most meals. Elevator did not work the entire time we were there. Had to lug groceries and luggage up to 6th floor. Front desk staff not helpful. Beach chairs are in terrible shape and should be replaced. Clothes dryer needs maintenance - excessive amount of lint flying out of dryer even through lint screen was cleaned.King bed comfortable. Living room furniture comfortable. Nice gulf view. Although we didn't make any meals in the kitchen, it did appear to be adequately stocked. We did take 20 minutes walk across bridge to John's Pass Boardwalk. Very small area, not much to do as many places are still closed.

Considering we were 2 months post Helene and Milton, no elevator or pool, we still had a fabulous time! The condo was fabulous! Great location and views! Rebuilding Treasure Island. We have family and friends who live here and they were thankful for our support.

Great place to relax and unwind and just breathe…. Property was well maintained, clean , and close to a Publix and many other restaurants. The condo was clean and had a very comfortable bed and living room furniture. The ac was cold, spectacular view from the balcony, plenty of towels, overall a great place to stay!! We will be back !!

Absolutely perfect!

It was just my husband and I this time. Perfect location. Several restaurants within walking distance, but we rented a car. 6th floor view is mesmerizing. The sunset from our balcony was absolutely gorgeous. My husband loved the fact that there was a drip coffee maker. He is not a fan of the K cups. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The washer and dryer worked great. The beach umbrella that was in the room was broken so we ran to the Surf Shop and got a new one. We had to leave it because we were flying, I hope it stays for many more guests. The beach chairs that they provide in the room are fine. I really like the fact that there was a broom and dustpan in the room you will utilize it just about every day. You can’t avoid the sand on the floor as much as you try, but with a quick sweep, you don’t have to worry about it. I almost don’t even want to write this, and keep this little gem to ourselves, but wouldn’t that be selfish of me?! We will be staying here again!

Great Experience!

We were very very happy with our recent stay. We will definitely be staying here in the future. Condo was very clean and we felt at home immediately upon Arrival. Management was great to respond to minor questions throughout the stay very promptly. Great walk to beach and pool was very clean. Thank you for the memorable trip!!

Paradise

Everything was amazing! Morning walks on the boardwalk, toes in the sand all day, dinner and cornhole in the evenings. The view is spectacular! So much to do within walking distance. The grounds are gorgeous and so peaceful. Must also note the king mattress was a major bonus.. super comfy!

Spring Break

The condo and resort were exactly like the pictures. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. The beach is extremely wide, so it never seemed crowded. We also enjoy using the boardwalk to get to the ice cream shops and restaurants.

Great condo in a great location

Great place to stay if you’re looking for many restaurants/shops/beaches within walking distance. Condo was nice with friendly staff. Easy check in process but note that condo staff does not manage this property. Everything is through Itrip, which was not an issue. They were very responsive with any issues.

Great time in Treasure Island.

Great location, condo, and facility. Wonderful view from the balcony, and a comfortable unit to stay in. Easy walk to nearby restaurants, or just along the beach. Would go here again in a heartbeat.

Time to relax and rewind.

We were on a road trip, visiting, family and friends and this was a time for us to be at the beach near my partners, daughter, and her partner. The weather in early January was not particularly good, but the beach is fabulous. The condo is in an older building But well maintained. The furniture is comfortable. And the whole condo is updated. The only glitch in our stay was the fact that we could not get the NFL playoff games on the main television in the Living Room. We had to watch them in the bedroom because of whatever services the owner had arranged.

Awesome stay!

Beautiful condo with everything we needed to enjoy the week! Even beach chairs, cooler, sand toys! How comfortable and enjoyable! We had an issue with hair dryer and was responded to immediately and new one delivered promptly. Definitely one of our best stays in Treasure Island. And oh the view from this 6th floor condo...gorgeous and relaxing!
