Welcome to the Granby Getaway! Enjoy everything that Grand County has to offer in a beautiful mountain setting. It is conveniently located a short walk from everything Granby Ranch has to offer, including downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, golfing fishing, hiking and more. Located 30 minutes from Winterpark, Hot Sulfur Springs, Rocky Mountain National Park, the year around recreation and relaxation options are endless.

The home is outfitted with everything you need for your stay. If you are looking to go out, enjoy one of the many restaurants in Granby, Devil’s Thumb Ranch, Frazier and Winterpark—we are happy to make recommendations!

Amazing location and view

Everything was exactly as described. We were able to get a hold of the matt the owner if we had any questions. We checked in early and had a fabulous stay! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids! The view was awesome and the location was perfect for ski in ski out. You just walk to the end of the block and your on the slopes. Thank you Matt and Ashley!

Great house and location!

House was comfortable and big enough for our two families to share. Location was just close enough to the base camp but still had beautiful views!

Great place!

We stayed up here with friends for a ski vacation. The place is so close to the slopes and great for a group. Loved it.

Christmas getaway

Property was clean. Perfect for our family of 6! Spacious basement for hanging out. Excellent location for skiing at Granby Ranch. If you're looking for a winter wonderland - this is it! Would definitely come back!

Granby Getaway

Enjoyed our stay. Everyone did what they liked to do. The home is well stooped to support our group of seven. We whatched movies, went fishing, shopped and watched two nights of fireworks.

Great for multi-family ski trips

The stay started with a cleaning mishap but the owner was very communicative and made it right asap and the rest of the stay was wonderful. The basement was the perfect teen hangout with the bunk rooms right off of it and the upstairs was plenty big for group meals and games. The ski in/out to Granby is just at the end of the block so it made it easy for the skiers to go back for lunch or breaks, no need to carpool back and forth. We had a great time!

Wonderful for spring break/ easy ski in/ ski out

Our family and one other went for spring break. We had an amazing trip. The house was perfect for us. We will go again.

Nice layout and close to the slopes

We enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the house was nice and open for 10 people. Plenty of room. It was great to be walking distance to the slopes. We’d stay here again!

Ski in/ski out - Perfect for multiple family trip!!!

This house was perfect for our two families. It had all the comforts of our own house, and then some. There is a very nice main for family room, and a very large basement family hangout room as well. The house is perfectly located right at the end of the Easy Money run - you just need to walk half a block to the end of the street and you're on the ski run. Everything was clean, communication was easy, check in was easy....the whole stay was great. We'd recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful, cozy stay in Granby

Our crew had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and perfect for a larger crowd. We cooked several family meals during our 7-day stay and appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was with pantry staples, dishes, and cookware. Kids enjoyed playing in the snow and looking over the balcony at the scenery (the adults did as well). At night after a full day of skiing, it was relaxing to sit by the fire or watch movies on the home theater projector screen. It was so much fun! We would stay again.

Amazing vacation spot on Granby!

The VRBO was everything we expected! Clean, spacious, amazing views and very close to the base of Granby ranch. We stayed here for our wedding weekend and absolutely would recommend staying here, perfect for families!

Perfect family getaway!

The hosts were super communicative and helpful! The home was a very short walk to the slopes, and was full of plenty of night time activities (theater room, games, puzzles). We absolutely loved the large common areas! I would definitely recommend this home to any family looking to stay in Grandby.

Great stay in Granby

This home was perfect for our annual ski trip to Granby Ranch. Comfortable and clean accommodations for our party of 10 with beautiful views and a short walk for ski in/out access to Easy Money. Equipped kitchen with the basic essentials needed for your stay. The host is friendly, accessible and very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Fabulous Ski House

This house is wonderful in every way! Great ski in/out location. Wonderfully stocked kitchen, great layout, comfortable beds, beautiful view, fun games for the family, great communication with host. We had epic snowfall while there which made this house the perfect spot in a winter wonderland. We can’t wait to rent this house again.

Awesome Granby Ranch stay

Love the location and the layout of the house! So close to the slopes and the town. Matt was a great host and everything you needed for amenities. The views were fantastic and the house was big enough for two families.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Impressive four bedroom, three bath home! Clean, comfy beds, extra pillows & blankets, just all around cozy. Large kitchen with everything you need. Perfect for ski in/ski out once our kids got the lay of the land. They’ve thought of everything, and honestly, this will be our first search when we come back. Stay here & you won’t be disappointed!

Nice property near Granby Ranch. Easy to walk to and from the main lift. Beautiful vista and nice amenities. The owners were very communicative.

Beautiful home w/ breathtaking views

We can’t wait to return to this beautiful cabin style home. The location is ideal for all activities. Hiking, biking, golf courses and trail access are located all within the community. Perfectly located between Winterpark, Grand Lake and Rocky Mt. National Park for easy access. The home is aesthetically pleasing, fully accommodating and well-maintained. All of the bedrooms provided highest level of comfort. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the porch with stunning mountain views and sunsets. Easy check-in with clear communication and lovely owners. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Family Getaway

This house was lovely - it was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, and there were ample bunks for the kids in the basement. There is a front porch and back deck, both with seating. We spent each evening on the back deck enjoying the view. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty to do within the complex itself - there were free activities and games for the kids, and we rode the lift up to the top and then hiked down. We didn't have reservations for Rocky Mountain (you need a timed entry!), but it's really accessible. If you stay, definitely check out Monarch Lake - it was a gorgeous hike! This house is clean, comfortable, and roomy. Communication was easy. We will definitely be back!
