Great spot!

The condo was great space, extra things in pantry for our use, very convenient to a lift and the lodge, just a great stay overall. They had places to keep ski equipment but we just left ours in the vehicle overnight so didn't check it out. Would definitely recommend, we have been to Grandby the last three years and this is the best place we have stayed to date! Would definitely stay again!

The view is amazing! We were able to watch the sunset over the mountains from the balcony every night. The check in and out was easy and straightforward. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great place for a family

As a family of six, we often look for two to three bedrooms condos in Grand Valley. We have stayed near these condos before, but this was our first time at this particular condo. The condo is well stocked, super cozy, and perfect for a family of six. The communication was stellar about check-in and checkout procedures. We were very pleased with the location, the condo, and our stay. Also, the beds in the two downstairs rooms were super comfortable!

Weekend Get-Away

We had a great stay in Granby Ranch. The condo is compact but worked well for our group of 7. Beds are comfortable, and we had plenty of towels. Kitchen table only seats 6, but there are chairs at the countertop for additional people. Unit was clean and they provided most things (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap), but make sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We would definitely come back again another time.

Communication

Place was ok, however, communication from our guest contact was poor. She said they were closed for holidays but if that’s true then why not a backup? Was wanting an early check in and no response and could never find remote to tv and two other tvs couldn’t get to work. Also note there isn’t shampoo/conditioner/body wash which is common at every place we stay so never thought to check. Which made us wonder, how often people don’t shower, stay here and sit without showering…

4302 Summit, Grandby

For the most part, this three bedroom condo was adorable and perfect for our needs. Well laid out and comfortable. The large table and chairs between the kitchen and living room couch served very well, not only for sister, cousin, wife, child, myself and girl friend to break bread together . . . but also to host a few great games of Monopoly. If I had any constructive suggestions for improvement, they would be for the owner to supply more than two kitchen trash bags and to place a foam rubber bumper on the corner of the bedframe that sticks out, closest to the bathroom attached to that bedroom. It could be our clumsiness, however my girl friends and my shins clearly show signs of a few collisions, as well as a trip to urgent care. Again, other than those two concerns . . . Good property for the price, with a few tweaks it could be much better

For the price, the property is reasonably sized and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were clean (very important feature). The use of the athletic club pool is a really nice bonus, highly recommend taking advantage of this feature. The listing/email said that it was closed due to covid restrictions, but it was open. Location is really great being centrally located between Winter Park/Fraser and Grand Lake. Reasons for 3 stars, details matter… -one lamp in the master bedroom did not work, looks like it was ripped out of the wall along with the face plate exposing the outlet. -none of the lamps were plugged into the outlets that work with the switches, we had to do that ourselves. -only one outlet available in the master, made it difficult to plug in 2 phones and 2 watches -it was so HOT in the property, with no a/c suppling a fan or two would have made a huge difference. -curtain in the side window in the living room would be nice, the sun blazes in it and heats the property up fast. -we had to pick out pistachio shells and plastic pieces in the carpet -lots of random items left by others under the beds (which we discovered when we were checking to make sure we hadn’t left anything) -automatic trash can didn’t work and there were no extra trash bags (makes it challenging to take out the trash) -none of the sinks had soap dispensers, they were all refill bottles, not ideal with little kids washing hands on their own -1 wash cloth and 1 hand towels in the master bathroom (I did find 4 in the other bathroom), if the property sleeps 8 there should be minimum of 8 and I shouldn’t have to search for them. -extra pillows in the master closet, but there was no pillowcases in there, had to search again -lack of random miscellaneous items that would have been useful to us… there was no dish soap to wash dishes, basic cleaning supplies including trash bags, a pen & notepad, scissors, fly swattter and fans. We have stayed in multiple other vrbo properties in the area similar to this one and most of the above items above were provided. It is what we have come to expect.

Great location!

Great location and size condo. We had 2 families, total of 8 people (4 adults & 4 kids). Condo fit us all perfectly. Would definitely book the same place in the future.

The Best Christmas!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! This was our first time in the Granby area and it did not disappoint. There was plenty of space for two couples, and the kids enjoyed the separate sleeping area in the loft. The condo was very comfortable and the view was amazing! The 10 minute walk to Granby Ranch was easy enough, even for my husband who's a disabled veteran with back and knee injuries. We just counted it as great exercise haha! Even though we didn't use any of it, the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed to cook and serve meals. Thank you to the person who left behind the bag of coffee because I forgot ours! Our contact was very responsive and even dropped off a couple of minor items while we were out skiing. Thanks so much Ian! The only thing that wasn't perfect was the cleanliness. There were random items in the rug that weren't vacuumed after the previous stay (pistachio shells, candy, food) and the throw pillows and blanket on the couch and futon could use a washing. The toilets were a bit dirty under the rim but that's why I travel with lysol wipes and spray. These were minor things that didn't really effect our stay though. When we return to the area we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect little place for a getaway

We loved this spot as a great central location to have fun in one of our favorite parts of the state! Would be great for a family as well, plenty of sleeping space.

Worked out great. 2 comfortable bedrooms and a loft perfect for kids or single guys. Views were great. Had a kitchen area with vacation sized appliances that worked out just fine.

Property is NOT 3-bedrooms as advertised. It is 2-bedrooms and a loft. The loft had bunk beds but no privacy. This required us to make unexpected inconvenient changes. The cable TV did not work. No toaster. Some of the sheets and towels were stained. Some of the dishes had dried on food. This is not a 4.6 star place. More like a 3 star. The setting was beautiful and easy walking to the base lodge and trails.

Great experience with few issues

The condo we stayed in was very nice. We are a family of five and the size was perfect. The view was amazing and the condo had an overall cozy feel to it. Many cooking supplies, utensils, shower items, and towels were also supplied. However, the cooking pots and pans were very dirty and crusty at the bottom from too many uses and there was only one dish soap left. One guideline when leaving the condo was to put a pod into the dishwasher and to turn it on when leaving, so we had to save the last dish soap for when we left. Just wish there was more for us to use throughout our stay.

What a hidden gem such a cozy place with spanning views! Exceptionally appointed we didn't want for anything - plenty of towels, bedding, appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. Short walk/ski to lift. Families will leave with regret that their time was not longer spent in the little slice of CO heaven. P.S.- we lost/left behind roughly $1000 in cash, if found please reach out.

Gateway to Rocky Mtn National Oark getaway

We stayed here for a week while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during the pandemic. Convenient, comfortable and peaceful with beautiful surroundings and views. Exactly as advertised, would definitely stay here again!
