Perfect Hamptons Getaway
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Paola's house for our trip to the Hamptons. As someone who has stayed at many rentals before, I was shocked to see how accurate the pictures of the house were. The oversized pool is genuinely oversized and has to be the largest I've seen at a house. The house is stocked up with all of the essentials and I loved how there were more than enough dishes, utensils, etc, considering we were 12 people. The house was relatively clean considering the Hamptons has lots of bugs, dirt, leaves in the area. The carpet and a few other areas could have been a bit cleaner, but the house overall was well maintained, with cleaning supplies provided. The house also doesn't have any houses right next to it, which is perfect for those that want their privacy. The one thing that really stood out to me about this experience, however, was Paola's impeccable communication. She answered all of our questions, provided additional photos of the house, and brought the property manager over when we had an issue, very promptly. Her responsiveness and level of detail in communication are unmatched and will make the experience of going through Vrbo smooth sailing.
