Located minutes from Windrock Park, relax in this comfortable home on 62 beautiful acres. Blazing fast WiFi and a full kitchen to cook delicious meals, the perfect place to rest after a full day of exploration. 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 1 sleeper sofa. Includes a large parking area, 75 inch & 55 inch TVs with Netflix.

For direct trail access take a right on 62 E for 1/5 mile then head up 116 N.

Best location for Brushy Concerts

We stayed at this house for a concert at Brushy and couldn’t have loved it more. Everything was perfect and the host was great to reply quickly if we had questions. All around five stars! We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity!

Great location and plenty of space. The house is just as described and was a great location for our Thanksgiving. Definitely want to make a return trip!

Awesome House

If you're looking for a nice place to rent with your friends/family while going Mountain Biking, Hiking, four wheeling, or kayaking in the Big South Fork this place is great. The place was nice and clean and close to the park.

Awesome Place

This place is way bigger than the pictures can show. Definitely recommend staying here. Was perfect for our group of friends going riding at Windrock. Would also be ideal for anyone traveling with kids as well. Plenty of space and everything we needed.

Perfect place for big families to stay while visiting WindRock

We stayed for a few days at this property while visiting windrock and enjoyed every minute of it. Our host was way more than helpful with anything we asked and went above and beyond to give us exact directions to the trails heads from the property. The house was beautiful and clean and the property was perfect. The neighbors were all so very kind and helpful . 10/10 would recommend and definitely stay here anytime we come to windrock!!

Awesome house!

Owner/manager was excellent with communication. House was very clean. Very accurate in description. Location was close to windrock and frozen head state park. Loved hanging out by campfire at night. Lots of room inside and out!

WINDROCK ADVENTURE

Great property within short distance to all Oak Ridge and Oliver Springs has to offer. We rented this property specifically to do our first ride of the year at Windrock and everything worked out great. Thanks! Nick.

Great Home!

We loved our stay at the Modern Farmhouse near Windrock. We were only there for a few days for a wedding, the home is beautifully decorated and very clean. There is another review that says it is like Harry Potter's tent inside, much bigger than it looks and this is so true! I could not believe the space inside. Much more than we expected. We communicated with the homeowner and he promptly answered all of our questions. If we are ever in the area again I would gladly stay here.

Nice place close to trails and brushy mountain prison.

Had a bunch gnats in there that were bothersome. They were in there when we arrived. Anything without a lid, coffee, coke, food as you were eating, they were there. The only negative thing in my opinion.

Beautiful and clean

This house is bigger on the inside than it looks like on the outside as though it was a tent from a Harry Potter book. We visited Nashville, Oakridge, Knoxville, Gatlinburg, and Big South Fork. Tennessee was breaking out into flowers and 72 degrees when we left for a 42 degree Michigan. We all wish we were still there.

Sad to have to leave

“Sad we had to leave” was what we told Nick on our last day. The house is perfect for two families with children and was immaculately clean. We have relatives in the area and hope to stay there again. In addition, we had a minor repair that was needed at the house. Nick was flexible to work around the littles’ nap schedule and the repair was made quickly.

An Absolute Must!

Nick was absolutely wonderful with communicating with me! The home is absolutely beautiful! And the scenery!!!! Just WOW! I got some absolutely photos on the land. We loved our stay and will be back! The only small disappointment was the fire pit was in a very wet area so we didn’t get to enjoy it. But everything else was perfect

Very Nice Home

This house is very nice. Extremely clean. Beds and bedding were so comfortable. House has Lots of room. Has every possible essential, with substantial supply, that you will need. Loved the property. Minutes from the trails, stores, and restaurants. If you’re looking for very nice, very clean and roomy inside and outside,, this is the house you want to rent!! Owner is extremely Nice and so accommodating. I Recommend this place 100%! Absolutely the Best stay ever!
