General Conduct
• 🚭 No smoking inside the property. Outdoor smoking is only permitted in designated areas, and all cigarette waste must be disposed of responsibly.
• 🐾 No hunting on the property.
• ❌ Please do not leave food outside. Do not feed wildlife. This helps us keep animals safe and prevents unwanted visitors.

Doors & Entry
• 🔒 Front Door: The front door is set to lock automatically. Please be careful not to lock yourself out.
• 🚪 Back Door & Lockbox: Guests should enter and exit through the back door, where the lockbox is located.
• 🌬️ You are welcome to open the front door for a breeze while you’re at the cabin, but make sure it is fully closed and locked when you leave.

Thermostat & Utilities
• 🌡️ The thermostat is electronically controlled. Please do not adjust it manually.
• ❄️🔥 If you’d like the temperature set to a different degree, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Safety & Courtesy
• Please respect quiet hours (11:00 PM – 6:00 AM) to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Please treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care. Any damage should be reported right away.
