We host single and couples or friends who want to stay together, traveling to Atlanta's American art for a business show or downtown to visit attractions. Their typical age range is 35-60 for business and 20-40 for the attraction visitor. Half of the guests are in-state, and half are out-state. Most guests want to stay in one bedroom with a kitchen and living/dining room combination. They are looking for something more than a hotel room, a place to chill, have drinks, make a meal with friends, Netflix, and chill, or have a comfortable place to work. One or two bedrooms is ideal. The other option would be a more expensive chain hotel, Mariott, Hilton, or Sheridan. In fact, we are located directly across from the Mariott, Hilton, and Sheridan if you are attending a conference. The most desired amenity for our guests is a full kitchen and comfortable living room. Our guests want super high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a fully functional kitchen. Our guests appreciate speedy communication, a self-directed check-in process, a digital guidebook with detailed instructions, and one free, secure parking space downtown, with additional parking available upon request.

The condo is perfectly located for downtown visits and is within walking distance to restaurants, Marta, Americas Mart, State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Coca-Cola, GA Aquarium, Fox Theater, and Centennial Olympic Park.

The coffee nook is brightly lit in the morning and a great place to enjoy morning coffee and watch the sunset! The main living-dining room combination is a comfortable, expansive place to gather and entertain or spread out for work calls. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, fully equipped with small appliances and cooking utensils for a meal in. The master bedroom offers great views with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has access to the hall bathroom. 

Parking is FREE; the parking lot is secure. There is only one ingress and egress; we have a 24-hr Concierge, WiFi is FAST, Washer/Dryer included in the unit, and Check-in is easy and automated.

Walk to GWCC, Phillips Arena, Mercedes- Benz Stadium, America's MART, CNN Center, Sweet Auburn Curb Market, Georgia State University, Centennial Olympic Park, World of Coke, and GA Aquarium. You can also take a quick walk to the Atlanta Streetcar to get a great trip through Downtown ATL. The unit is also within walking distance of lots of great dining options.

MARTA’s rail service terminates at the Domestic Terminal of the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. For a couple, a dollars, you can take the Marta (itsmarta dot com) rail straight to Peachtree Center Transit Station, then literally walk 3 blocks to Piedmont Avenue and our building. Or take a Uber/Lyft; however, Marta is safe and easier than you may think. I also recommend the Atlanta Streetcar to learn more about the city.

The condo is perfectly located for downtown visits and is within walking distance to restaurants, Marta, Americas Mart, State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Coca-Cola, GA Aquarium, Fox Theater, and Centennial Olympic Park. The Beltline and Ponce City Market are quick Uber or Lyft rides away!
