This house was wonderful! Great location, our host was very nice and helpful and very responsive. We had a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook with and beds were all comfortable and nice fenced backyard for our dog. The shower was always warm and the shower head was wonderful as well. The house was warm and cozy and we loved all the bright colors in decor of the home.We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Atlanta!

Lavonne is a great host, very friendly and quick to respond. Her home is lovely, clean, well keep and homey. We stay there to go to the GA aquarium, this house was in a great location for that and other sights in Atlanta. We would definitely stay there again!

Lavonne’s property in Grant Park always feels like a home away from home. I can take care of business in a safe space that provides parking, quick access to the highway to get where I need to be and visit some of my favorite neighborhoods like Inman and Grant Park for leisurely walks and coffee breaks. There’s no other place in Atlanta I’d rather be.

Trip to Atlanta

Perfect location to the zoo, aquarium, coke wolrd etc. My kids and I felt safe, quick responses to the questions we asked. The house was adorble and perfect for us. We definitely will come back when we visit Atlanta again

Absolutely delightful

This home was so welcoming and comfortable for us 4 for the weekend. The host is very communicative and quick with responding. We were fairly close to enough places but still far enough out of the city that we loved the location.The list of recommendations was an added plus!If we find ourselves back in this area for vacation I will be booking this location again.

Wedding in Atlanta

Property was close to the wedding venue. Very nice home which was so comfortable we felt right at home. Nice backyard with grill. Nicely equipped kitchen. Plenty of seating areas. Very clean and well appointed. We would stay there again!

Wonderful Property

Absolutely delightful property. Close to downtown Atlanta but far enough away from then traffic and congestion. In a beautiful neighborhood full of character. The Atlanta zoo is minutes away! Our family felt safe and and right at home. The front porch is wonderful for a glass of wine and a bit of relaxation after a long day. The owner was extremely attentive and very helpful with suggestions for places to eat! Would stay and recommend the property without question again!

Masters Golf Pilgrimage

The place exceeded our expectations. Communication with the owner is top notch. The house felt like a home. It was cozy, clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect as it is within a 10-15 minute drive of some great restaurants and tourist spots. Couldn't have picked a better place. Will definitely stay here again.

Felt like home

Stayed for a Volleyball Tournament with the family. Was perfect! So much better than staying at a hotel. Great neighborhood! Felt very safe and homey. Very clean too.

Spring Getaway

Our stay at the renovated craftsman bungalow was most ideal. The home was plenty big for our needs and it is clean, cheery, peaceful and very beautifully appointed. We enjoyed the space's style and comfort. We felt like the owner was able to strike a great balance between charm and practicality. The home is in a wonderful location with the Georgia Aquarium, Zoo Atlanta and the Atlanta Botanical Garden only a short drive away. The owner was very hospitable, thoughtful and easy to reach. Thanks so much, Lavonne, for making our Atlanta vacation so positively memorable.
