Our Elkhorn Springs Condominium offers complimentary access to a wide range of Elkhorn Resort amenities, including two spacious shared swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, and courts for tennis and pickleball. Discounted golf rates are also available. Please note, the outdoor pools are open seasonally from mid-June to mid-September, while the hot tub is available year-round, except during maintenance closures in mid-April/May and mid-October/November.

For your convenience, a reserved underground parking spot (labeled #9) is available, no parking pass required. You’ll receive an access code to enter the elevator, which will take you directly to the second floor where the condo is located.

This luxurious condo features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom for optimal comfort and privacy. The well-equipped kitchen is designed for those who enjoy cooking, complete with high-end stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, a 6-burner gas stove and oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A two-person island offers extra prep and dining space, complementing the four-person dining table.

The living room is furnished for relaxation, featuring a large flatscreen Smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace for winter months, along with air conditioning for summer comfort. Step out onto your private balcony to savor the cool mountain air on summer mornings and evenings. With high-speed WiFi, this condo is also well-suited for remote work if needed.
