Home was delightful and well-equipped. Appreciated all the mirrors! Fireplace warmed the place up quickly, although unit never got cold. It was quiet too, in a nice location away from parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for skiing in and out of Warm Springs. The kitchen is well equipped. The fireplace is lovely. It is a very small condo with little natural light. Parking was easy and the hot tub was nice. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the age of the unit itself. It is older and therefore bathrooms and layout are dated. The shuttle bus location is very close by to get into town.

Great Place to Stay!

We loved the location and accommodations. Close to downtown, but more quiet and private. Comfortable beds and a beautiful pool to cool off in.

Great location and very nice property for family stay

The owner was super easy to communicate with, addressed all questions we had without any delays. The condo is literally 3 min walking from the chair lift, very clean with fully stocked kitchen.

Lovely condo with great facilities in the resort

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely well stocked condo. The hosts had thought of everything to make our stay special. We enjoyed using the lovely warm salt water pool and pickle ball courts. We would love to stay again.

Well stocked and nicely decorated. It’s easy to get to and very quiet. It was cool enough in the evening and nights to open the windows and have fresh air. The condo stay cooled when the windows were closed by 8 AM. It also stayed well shaded.

Prospector Condo

Well appointed location in Warm Springs which has modern cosmetic updates but had plumbing issues (shower/bath drain leaked) that disrupted our stay briefly. Overall nice spot, and good amenities for 4th of July stay.

Sun Valley ski weekend

The location of this place is great! Parking was convenient and very walkable to the warm springs base area. The space was nicely decorated with comfortable couch, table, chairs, and beds. It is a pretty cozy space, which was fine for our needs, but don't expect a big roomy condo. It was clear that several updates have been done to the condo; however, some finishing touches of paint were lacking, and the condo shows some wear and tear.

Walk 5 minutes to the ski lift. Condo was nice and comfortable. Lots of unexpected goodies. Appears larger in the pictures. Needs some TLC, but was perfect for our weekend.

It was fine but i didnt realize we would be in the back of the building. We never got to use the hot tubs because they werent very hot. Easy checkjn though and nice people.

Clean and cozy and short walk to Warm Springs Lodge!

This property was so convenient! Very well appointed condo with everything you need to enjoy a stay in Ketchum. We were impressed with how well organized the condo was to have space for gear storage, cooking, gathering at the large table for meals or games, and a large couch to relax by the fireplace or to watch a movie. Bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs and set up nicely for being on the smaller side. The complex’s hot tubs (some were being replaced, but one was always open even if a short walk) were wonderfully hot after a day odds skiing! Hosts did a great job of communicating before, during, and after our stay.

The place is well equipped, super stocked up. Coffee, Hot Cocoa, popcorn 🍿. That was a nice touch. Great location, easy walk to lodge and jacuzzi. Plenty of parking. We struggled with hot water. Only one shower at a time and the hot water ran out after one shower. That was our only bummer. It’s a great place, comfortable and plenty of space. Wifi worked great, TV was easy to use in all rooms.

I'm so sorry for the hot water situation, had we known we could have come right over and turned up the water heater. We've check it out, turned up the temperature and are ready for our next guests. Good condo

On our first trip to Sun Valley we had a wonderful week of skiing. The condo was set up nicely and had supplies (spices, napkins, foil etc) in the kitchen to use. The kitchen was recently renovated and very nice. The fireplace was cozy. There were storage baskets where you came in for helmets, mittens etc, Unfortunately the hot water in the shower only lasts for a few minutes for each shower. Bathrooms are small, no place to put your stuff. The walk to the lift was longer then we thought it would be and ski storage at the Warm Springs Lodge is no longer available. Also, both hot tubs in the condo complex we’re not working for the week we were there.

I'm happy to hear for your first visit to Sun Valley you had a wonderful week of skiing! I'm sorry to hear about the hot tubs, I wasn't aware they weren't working until I read your review. I contacted the condo property manager and he said there were mechanical failures on both tubs at once and the replacement parts were delayed in the shipping process. For our condo it's important that not all 4 people take showers right after skiing and you be mindful of the kitchen and laundry use at the same time as the hot water heater can't keep up with large demand all at once. I'm glad you enjoyed the condo and hope you will return again.

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our stay but the condo is very hot, even if outside temps are not bad. Be prepared - very little ventilation, and fans didn't help very much.
