The space
**ELECTRIC CAR CHARGER IS LOCATED ON THE FRONT PORCH**

The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and 2 twin beds...a room divider separates the queen from the twins for privacy. Directly across this bedroom is a private bathroom, with shower, as well as a beautiful "Vanity Area", with spectacular lighting.
Downstairs is the laundry room, washer & dryer, as well as laundry detergent, fabric softener, bleach, and stain remover.
The bedroom downstairs has a very comfortable queen size bed, as well as an oversized chair, which folds out into a twin bed, and also has a divider for privacy.
The living room has a sofa sleeper, with a memory foam mattress, as well as storage which includes bedding, pillows, and lots of throw blankets. There is a 50-inch TV mounted on the wall, as well as an X-Box with games and 2 controllers, as well as plenty of board & card games. TV is connected to WI-FI for your streaming pleasure. There is also a Harmon Kardon Bluetooth speaker.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glassware, wine glasses, coffee pot, electric tea pot, toaster, hand mixer, mixing bowls, pots & pans, utensils, as well as coffee, water, and spices. There is also a work area, for those who still need to tend to business while vacationing, as well as a highchair for your little one...and of course toddler plates, bowls, cups, and plastic ware.
If you chose to dine outside, we have 2 extendable tables, seating for 14, and a cart which includes grilling utensils, patio dinnerware, and glasses. Gas fire pit as well as grill... if you want to enjoy the 2 acres, please feel free to use the frisbee golf net, don't worry about packing your frisbees, there are several to choose from.
** There are 2-fold up beds, with memory foam mattresses, as well as bedding in the closet by the front door... if you will be needing these, I will get them out prior to check in, they are an additional $25/each**

Entire space is intended to be used by guests, with the exception of the downstairs locked closet, which has additional beds
Other things to note
Ring doorbell camera, is on front porch, as well as Bluetooth keypad, and of course an electric car charger :)
