Clean, modern home approximately 10 min from many popular destinations in the Black Hills such as Reptile Gardens, Hart Ranch Golf Course, Rushmore Candy Company, Hwy 16 to Mt. Rushmore and Bear Country USA

Recent remodel of kitchen and Great Room allow for large family gatherings, cook outs, celebrations, etc. Large backyard with no close neighbors. Amazing views in the back of the foothills with wildlife frequently seen.

Quiet neighborhood with pavement all the way to the the house within 15 minute drive of downtown Rapid City on beautiful, spacious 2+ acre lot.

Large driveway for accommodating camper, trailer, mototcycles, etc. Large space with main level living (master bed and bath, kitchen, laundry, garage all on main level).

Family Vacation

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was a quiet neighborhood outside of town, but still in proximity to the local attractions. Everything was great and Nicole was very a accommodating host!

Amazing views!

Beautiful home, breathtaking views of the countryside. There are 4 bedrooms- 3 of them with queen beds and one has single with trundle and 2 1/2 baths. Recent renovations, once finishing touches are made it will be exquisite. Homeowner was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. A gem!

What a wonderful place! The location is absolutely perfect to access Mt. Rushmore, the Reptile Gardens, caves, Custer State Park, and even Hot Springs (Mammoth Site). Nicole was quick to reply to questions. We had no problems accessing the house or any surprises. The house is super comfortable, clean, very spacious, and quiet. The house had everything we needed. We cannot recommend it enough. If we ever visit this part of SD again, we'll definitely check to see if the house is available.

Perfect location to all the main sites.

Nicole’s property is the perfect location If you are coming to visit Mt Rushmore, The Badlands, Crazyhorse or the Mammoth site at Hotsprings. Everything is within an hr drive. Only 10 min drive into Rapid City but you feel you are out in the beautiful prairies and far from it all! The house has everything you’d need and the fireplace was a great place to end the day. I loved my morning walks on the path that wondered through all the homes and near by pond. It was one of my families best trips. South Dakota is amazing and Nicole’s home was the icing on top!

Very nice place in a delightful area

We very much enjoyed our stay in South Dakota. This was a nice house - perfect for a family of our size. We had 2 parents and 2 kids. There was plenty of room for another couple kids easily. House was very clean and interactions with the owner were very pleasant and very quick! Would highly recommend.
