This property was fantastic. Amazing views of the lake from inside and out. The dock seating area was a big hit with the family, as were the standup paddle boards and kayaks.

This is a perfect house for a getaway week at the lake. The house is modern and clean with great amenities- including a boat ramp which I was able to launch a Bass Boat from. It’s on a great part of the lake with beautiful clear water. Stephanie was amazingly accommodating. Could not have asked for a better host. Will be looking to stay here again next time I visit lake Murray.

We appreciated the attention to making a stay with our dogs extra easy - bowls, covers for furniture, toys and even a crate. The updates made to the house since our last stay are great, and the new dock is wonderful. Only idea for further improvements: gates on the deck to keep the pups secure. We were so pleased with our stay - the house was clean, functional, comfortable and spacious.

Hi Jeff, We wanted to let you know that the lake house you stayed at on Lake Murray in June of 2020 has changed ownership & we have enhanced the home and amenities tremendously since your last stay. We hope that you will check out the changes and consider the "new" Sunrise Boat House if your travels should bring you back to Lake Murray in the future. Best, Stephanie

Lake Getaway

This house was perfect for us to stay in while visiting friends that live on the lake. The hosts were very communicative and the house was well stocked (for just about any need- including those of pets). Would highly recommend this property!
