This home can accommodate large families with plenty of room to stretch out and relax in this private country setting! Only minutes from the Brooks/I-65 exit ramp and the Bourbon Trail! This home features 5 bedrooms with a NEW HUGE firepit for relaxing after a long day! Minutes to see the Trolls at Bernheim Arboretum, The Parklands, Churchill Downs and the Famous Bourbon Trail!! Very private view from the rear of the home with plenty of room for outside activities! Plenty of room to spread out even with large groups! Firewood provided. Upgraded linens and towels and free WIFI! Large wrap around porch to watch nature while having coffee in the mornings. Outside seating with additional camping chairs for large groups. Lamps with USB charging stations and wireless charging pads. This home sleeps 11 comfortably and is in the middle of three bourbon trails! Only 5 miles to major shopping, Walmart, Kroger, pubs and restaurants. Wineries within minutes! Pond at end of the street for fishing. Just a 30 minute drive to Taylorsville Lake. Several parks and pay fishing lakes in the area, one being within a 5 minute drive. Minutes to Mega Cavern, Kentucky Kingdom, Churchill Downs, Muhammad Ali Museum, Louisville Slugger, Downtown, the Ohio River and many many more! Outdoor pool with NEW LARGE FIREPIT!

We stayed here while attending the Equip Expo 2025. We were close enough to the Expo Center and yet far enough away from downtown. Everything was clean and cozy. Communication with the host was amazing. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The house is cozy yet spacious. Unfortunately, we were at a trade show so we did not have a lot of time to take advantage of the pool, bbq, and firepit. However, we all agreed we would be returning.

Our 2025 girls trip was a success! Very nice little place! Fit 10 women comfortably. We typically always get a home with a hot tub and a pool. We did really miss having a hot tub! The location was nice. But we didnt realize there were houses all around the home…. So not much privacy at all… but we did really enjoy the home! And Tammie was amazing to work with!

Great place for multi families!

Such a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Stayed for our girls volleyball tourney and it was so nice to get back to the house.

The owners’ team looked for our lost keys with great detail. They went above and beyond! Tammie (the owner) was extremely empathetic, and she communicated frequently to update us. Real estate appraiser since 2000. Originally from Nashville but moved to Louisville in 1991 where I started a family and raised my children. I am now residing in a very small town in Tennessee but still travel to Kentucky once a week.

This home has a very nice location. It is pretty much in the center of 3 bourbon trails, convenient to practically any recreational activity...hiking, kayaking, bourbon tastings, wineries, concerts, shopping, touring downtown etc. It is off the beaten path yet only minutes to major dining, shopping and interstates. Quiet peaceful surroundings with Floyds Fork River in the distance behind the home.

Tall vaulted ceilings in living room and master bedroom, large wrap around porch, very large patio with firepit, pool, pool loungers, charcoal grill, ceiling fans, fireplace, double convection ovens, dishwasher, walk in closets, exterior lighting for night time activities, wireless charging pads and USB chargers on lamps, Smart TVs (all over 45"), smart refrigerator with built in Alexa for recipes, weather and things to do. Large yard for outdoor activities. Small "smores" firepit and large firepit with camping chairs for bigger crowds.
