This is quite simply one of the nicest VRBO’s I have stayed in. The beds are great and the rooms are spacious. The kitchen has everything you need and the coffee station was great. We were a group of 7 adults going to a wedding at Churchill Downs. The proximity to the facilities was awesome. Would definitely stay again

Wonderful stay

Angelique is an amazing host. She is very flexible and all the extra amenities you need are there. I appreciated everything that she did for us. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are amazing. Wonderful decor throughout the house. The neighborhood is very quiet. Will book again. Thank you Angelique!!

Great use of space! The rooms and decor were wonderful. Your stocking of towels and garbage bags was on point. Adding a scissors to the kitchen would be helpful. Location ranking a 4 due to several comments from uber drivers on location being questionable and for us to not go out at night. We never experienced any issues!

This house was absolutely stunning inside. The attention to detail on their redesign was noticed throughout the whole property. We had 5 grown men from all parts of the mid west in town for a convention. All 4 bedrooms were spacious and all had thier own tv. The upstairs had a very large second living room with a lther tv. They had a trunch with everytbing needed including an air matress with a full bed set ready to go. Our 5th guy basically had his own 5th room up there. All the bathrooms were beautifully remodled and had great water pressure. Even the back deck was completely redone with an outdoor tv and large grill. Zero complaints 5 stars all the way we will be back here again in 2027 at this house for sure.

Perfect spot for a large group with lots of places to hang out as well as private rooms. The kitchen was good for basics and coffee but not for lots of cooking. Very responsive host who accommodated our needs. Place was very clean and perfectly located close to expo and university.

The house was beautiful! Very nice towels, showers, stocked with whatever you need. We were very shocked to see such a beautiful home placed on a very low income, sketchy road. However, we never had any issues with the neighbors. We would definitely return to this home.

With the house only being 3 blocks away, walking distance from the iconic Churchhill Downs we couldn't pass the opportunity of purchasing this home just a year and half ago up. Once purchased we gutted it and rebuilt. We remodeled it inside and out. As you saw everything is brand new and we spared no expenses in the homes decor and finishes to allow a 5 star experince and stay. While keeping you as my guest in mind. I'm so glad you and your guest enjoyed the home and all its amenities. Hearing that you would definitely book again makes me smile and feel like we accomplished our goals. You as my guest has made it all worth it!! I appreciate you and look forward to hosting you again hopefully in the near future. Thank you! Angelique

The property is just 12 minutes from downtown and the Bourbon Nulu district with exsquite bars and restaurants, just blocks away from Cardinal Staduim and a very short distance from the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center, in eyesight of the iconic Churchill Downs, 12 minutes from Bardstown Rd and 5 minutes from the Louisville
International Airport
