This home was advertised as pet and kid friendly but the backyard was disappointing for both. the toys were strewn all over the yard in pieces. the only thing the boys could plat with was the tee and soccer goal but they had to make sure they didn't step on anything else. the fence was also in bad shape with several places that my dogs were about to get out of.

Family Gathering at Mom's

My brother and I stayed there for 2 nights. My children and grandchildren spent their lunch hour and naptime there between biking on the Greenway and a family gathering held a few minutes away. We didn't use the kitchen much this trip, but it seemed well stocked. Everything was as shown except I believe the property description stated it had 1 bathroom and there were 2!

Great place!

We needed a place for a one night stay in Bentonville for a graduation party. This was a great location, great place, clean, etc. we were happy with the hosts timely communication.

5 City Tour of Arkansas

The house was just perfect for our stay in Bentonville. It was very convenient to everything that we did while visiting. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were very responsive. The beds were absolutely the most comfortable beds ever!!!! It is probably the best that I have ever slept in a VRBO or hotel.

Wonderful property in excellent location

This is our second stay in this house, and we definitely plan to return. It is always clean and well appointed, and it has an awesome "coffee bar". There are kids toys and equipment (even for the littles, though we dont need this anymore), and it has a good use of space (ex= trundle bed in the office). The owner is very easy to communicate with. The location is hard to beat- safe neighborhood close to everything. We loved our comfortable stay and will be back!!

Long Bike Weekend

This home is clean and comfortable with plenty of garage space for our bikes. It’s conveniently located near a coffee place and grocery. We were able to ride our bikes from here to our favorite trails. Back yard was nice for dog but not secure enough for her to be left unattended.

Great Stay

We spent one night at this house. It was perfect! Every room was very clean, the beds and pillows extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms and kitchen were both well stocked. My family was staying there because we were going to a Razorback basketball game that night and a football game the next day. The location was perfect for us. We would definitely stay again!

Exactly what we were looking for!

Wonderful home! There has been so much attention to detail in this house. It is comfortable, inviting and made our weekend in Bentonville perfect. The location couldn’t be better, it was just a few blocks from everything we wanted to access. The upgrades in this house are high quality from the mattresses, linens, furniture and fixtures. We will definitely book again next time we are in town!

Great for quick trip

Property was VERY clean. Convenient to lots of restaurants and attractions. I especially appreciated the little touches like travel size toiletries, soaps, and cleaning supplies. This place was stocked better than a large condo I stayed in recently.

This cute home had everything we needed and then some! Extremely close to Crystal Bridges and everything else. Everyone loved their mattresses.

Good location

Quiet neighborhood with quick access to I-49. Near several restaurants. Very clean house with comfortable beds and a well-stocked coffee bar. Good shower. TV in LR and all 3 BRs. We had a little glitch with the key code, but Laura responded quickly and worked it out for us. I would stay there again.

Nice Little Cottage

This little cottage provided everything we needed for a family get together long weekend. There was room to cook and eat together. The fenced backyard was nice for the dog.

Really enjoyed this house. It was a nice environment and clean. We are a family of 4 and there was plenty of room and felt very comfortable. Located near plenty to do and affordable price. We will definitely stay here again!!
