Beautiful, clean, well-designed house with lovely views and a modern kitchen. Kayaks and SUP were great, easy to launch and take out. Best swimming is beyond the cove. The playroom was fantastic fun for all ages. We had a great stay.

Relaxing lakeside getaway

The house is in a perfect location to explore Burlington and the surrounding area, and to enjoy swimming, paddling, and just lounging by the lake. Our host was amazing. When a storm caused a power outage, she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort by providing water and flashlights. Her hospitality and attentiveness really made a difference in our stay. I would highly recommend this house.

A great stay

Very clean, bright, and well stocked, the house was a real pleasure. We greatly enjoyed the lake and the location, and owners were responsive and quick when there was a minor issue with fire alarm. Definitely recommend

Wonderful lakefront experience

Our family had a fabulous lakefront experience! Swimming; kayaking and paddle boarding - all with the beautiful nature backdrop of mountains and forests. We highly recommend this vacation property experience. Loved it.

UVM Tour Long Weekend

So happy we found this beautiful spot to spend a long weekend touring UVM and the Burlington area. House amenities and location were perfect. The basement game room game in handy on a really raining Saturday. Looking for an excuse to make it back soon. Thank you for sharing your perfect home with us!

Delightful stay

This property is very relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked and the views from the house are stunning. BBQ grill was awesome and we enjoyed the game room and fishing off the dock. We enjoyed our time there with my adult children. Only issue is the bathrooms. They are attached to two of the bedrooms, therefore if you have 5 adults it is a bit of an issue. Also, the cove has too many plants to swim in the cove, but a short paddle board out and you can swim from there.

Perfect House for Ski Vacation!

Located halfway between the mountains and Burlington, this home has everything you need for a ski vacation! We throughly enjoyed our apres ski time in the evenings with the fireplace on enjoying time with friends and playing games! Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake! Hosts were wonderful and very accommodating!

Beautiful lakefront property

We enjoyed our stay at Michael and Vicky’s very clean, spacious and beautiful property. Enjoyed the game room in the basement.Every little detail has been taken care of. We would love to visit again in the summer.

Wonderful - Relaxing - Fun

We had a wonderful vacation from the moment we opened the door. The lake house is positioned with beautiful views of Lake Iroquois. My favorite relaxing view was from the deck with a fresh cup of hot coffee in my hand. The house is immaculate, clean, organized, and filled with charming details. Literally everything you can imagine is supplied! What a sweet and generous touch! Not only did our whole family have endless fun on the lake paddle boarding, kayaking or frog hunting but the basement is also filled with tons of entertaining sports that kept our kids happy in the mornings or during a rainy spell. We truly had a special time and look forward to our next visit!

My name is Victoria. We have lived on Cove Road for years and would now like to share our home with you.

The space
This home was rebuilt in 2018 from an old lake front camp to a beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath year-round home. It is nestled in a cove; allowing for calmer waters and peaceful sunrises. In 2022 we added a 10 x 20 private dock and central heat and AC. The spacious living room and dining area, open right onto a full deck. Whether you're grilling on the deck or enjoying your morning cup of coffee; the views from the main floor are amazing! With 14ft ceilings in the basement/game room, this sets the house high above the lake.

The unfinished basement is complete with a washer and dryer, foosball table, ping pong table, putt-putt set up, and basketball shot. Everything to keep the kids happy on those rainy summer days!

The main floor is complete with living room with gas fire place, dining that seats 8, full kitchen, bedroom with bathroom. The kitchen is complete with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, gas oven and stovetop.

The main floor bedroom sleeps two with a twin size bed equipped with trundle bed. This bedroom has an attached bath with full shower.

Up the hardwood stairs you'll find two more generously sized bedrooms; one a queen sized bed with ensuite full bath and the second a king sized bed with quaint reading chair and desk.

Serenity and the beauty of nature await you!


Guest access
It's all yours! You have full access to the house, with its own private dock. As well as access to paddle boards, kayaks, and life jackets. Guests will enter the home through the deck French doors with keyless entry, you will be provided a code as a part of your check-in instructions.


Other things to note

There are only two homes on Cove Rd. so the driveway is shared. For this home there is a 3 car max, details on how to park are shared upon check-in and available in the welcome book.
