Everything worked out great with our stay here. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we really enjoyed ourselves. Ryan was easy to work with, and check in and out were no problem. If we visit the area again, we would stay here again.

This place was ideal for a small group of friends and two small children. There was enough space for each family to have their own bedroom upstairs, with plenty of room for two Pack 'n Plays in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen and dining room setup worked great for sharing dinner and playing table games at night. The location was also perfect as a homebase for nearby breweries and other attractions.

Great place to stay!

My family and I rented this house for a summer getaway. Check-in was easy, the house had everything we needed, convenient location, and the host was friendly and communicative. We'd love to stay again next time we're in the area!

Burlington, VT weekend

Property was at a perfect location for exploring downtown Burlington and also close to lots of nature! The host was very responsive and the neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Roomy and Comfortable Home!!

This house has a wonderful layout with a large open kitchen and dining area. The porches and back yard are perfect to relax after a busy day.The air-conditioners worked perfectly, bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds, great closet space!! Our party of 5 enjoyed our brief stay in this property tremendously. The location is perfect with many restaurants, breweries and shops minutes away! Most importantly, the host is wonderful to work with! I highly recommend this property!

House was great! Beautifully renovated and extremely comfortable. Was on a trip to New England with 8 family members ages 6-71 and we were all really happy with it. Check in and check out were a breeze and the house was easy to find. Driveway fit a mini van and SUV with no issues. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group. One thing that I loved, which is a niche comfort, was the small window in the master bathroom that I could crack to get a bit of the crisp morning autumn air while getting ready. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Burlington is a beautiful city in a beautiful state. 5/5 without a doubt.

Cozy, clean and comfortable spot!

We enjoyed are stay here, the entire home was a perfect fit and the backyard was super nice to hangout in on a beautiful weekend. You are close to downtown Burlington but we also enjoyed exploring Winooski. Lovely space, would return!!

10/10 would stay here again. Great location within 10 minutes of Church St.. The place was spacious, clean, and a great spot to hangout. It fit our group perfectly!

Excellent, clean home for a relaxing family stay

This house was outstanding! Nice and clean and comfortable. The bunk room was fantastic for my kids and the living room was a nice place for the whole family to relax. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were lots of fun places nearby for eating!!

Had a great time in Ryan's house and found everything as described. Very convenient to Burlington center but also right down the street from Winooski's center and all that it has to offer. We had a great time!

Overall great experience

Host was very prompt and respectful with enquiries. House was very comfortable, clean and great location to restaurants and highways. Being able to have on-site parking was a plus!! Will definitely recommend!

Family together.

We were really happy with our stay. It was great to have the whole family together for a wedding. The house is well appointed immaculate. We were all very comfortable. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly!!!!
