Newly updated 3 bedroom house just minutes from Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palm beaches, tucked away on a quiet, safe street. Walkable to coffee shops, bars, grocery store and several local dining destinations. Shem Creek is a mile away with public water access to fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding and boat rentals. Visit Shem Creek's many waterfront restaurants and bars or take a stroll through the Lowcountry's longest waterfront park, Shem Creek Park.

This modern home is centrally located in the heart of Mt Pleasant. Enjoy the large, fully fenced private backyard with new deck and patio set complete with Weber gas grill, perfect for enjoying a Charleston evening. The kitchen features granite countertops, a large basin sink and is fully equipped - Brand new pots and pans, 8 place settings, Ninja blender and Calphalon toaster. Additionally, there is a coffee bar complete with Keurig coffee maker and complimentary K-cups.

Living room is complete with full sized sofa or kick-back and relax in the Eames leather lounge chair and ottoman. The 55" LG Smart TV is complete with streaming apps and Xfinity cable services. Additional smart TVs in the bedrooms.

House sleeps up to 8. There are 3 bedrooms all fit with a queen bed. Additional 22" inch high queen blow up mattress available for use in the living space (linens and pillows provided). There is a high efficiency washer and dryer on site with complimentary Tide pods. Bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and granite vanity. Long driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

This is a smoke-free, pet-free home. No parties or events per town ordinance. No parking on street or on lawn. The refund policy does not cover inclement weather. If you are concerned about a weather event affecting your stay, we recommend purchasing travel insurance. Please let us know if anything breaks or is damaged during your stay so we can replace or fix it right away.

This was a great home. We traveled with our two small children and appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with supplies for us and them. Overall the house was extremely clean, the rooms were simple and uncluttered. There was even an air purifier which we appreciated given our son’s extensive allergies. There were plenty of towels and extra linens in the closets. Unfortunately it rained the whole time on our trip but the backyard was a nice size with a fire pit and grill. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. The house was close to lots of food, Patriots Point and the beach. Overall it was a great stay!

Property was centrally located in a quiet safe neighborhood of Mt Pleasant. Only about a 10 minute drive to the beach or Charleston. House was well maintained and clean. It was well equipped for young children with a pack and play, a high chair, and some games. Some beach gear was included with the stay and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and basic pantry staples. The host was very hospitable and provided a guidebook on things to do. We had a wonderful stay overall and would stay here again and recommend to any friends traveling to Charleston.

Chris and Doti’s house was wonderful. It is in a cute, quiet neighborhood, convenient to Shem Creek, the beaches and loads of stores and restaurants. The house is super clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed. Chris was so attentive- responded immediately to our questions and came over promptly to clean the grill and help with the TV. We definitely would stay here next time we come to visit our son in MP!

Great property for a girls trip! We had a wonderful long weekend. Plenty of room in each bedroom, lots of natural light, and a nice size kitchen. Great location, easy to drive to the beach at Sullivans island or downtown Charleston.

Our stay was wonderful and relaxing. The accommodations were very clean and thoughtful with everything we needed. Our family enjoyed the bicycles that were provided, we were able to explore the beautiful Mount Pleasant area, easy ride to Shem Creek, local coffee shops , the cute Pitt Street Pharmacy and the Pitt Street Bridge. We traveled with our two teen daughters and the house was perfect with 3 bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. The hosts were easily reached and went out of their way to bring us 4 bikes so we could all enjoy exploring on bikes. We definitely plan on coming back!

Clean home in a great location

Our family loved staying in this extremely clean home for our visit to Charleston and Mount Pleasant. The house was exactly as described and was conveniently located close to restaurants and the beach. We would definitely book this place again on future trips to the area!

Quiet street off the main road, clean, comfortable. House took a while to cool off. Wish it was a tad closer to Shem's Creek. Would stay again now that we know the area.

Perfect vacation rental

Quality Time

My daughter and I stayed here for her 21st birthday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Chris ensured check in was convenient and was available to answer all my inquiries before and during the trip. I highly recommend this home, it’s exactly as pictured. The board games, bikes, and beach items were a very pleasant and unexpected plus. Do yourself a favor and book them.

Great location!!

Cute house on a quiet street in a great location. Easy access to beach and Charleston, and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Property was very clean and well-stocked. Hosts reached out several times during our stay to make sure we had what we needed. We really appreciated the beach chairs provided for guest use. Overall, an excellent experience!

Amazing!

Chris is a fantastic host. Great location with a big backyard. A short Uber to all the Shem Creek activities and dangerously close to a Taco Bell. Highly recommend. Couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Thanks again Chris!

Great spot!

I stayed for a week at this property. The photos and listing are accurate. The house is clean and in a quiet residential neighborhood a short drive from everything. About a 5 minute drive to Shem Creek, a 15 minute drive into Charleston. Owner was very responsive when I had a question.

Fantastic Shem Creek home

Dodi & Chris’ Shem Creek cottage was perfect for a New Year’s long weekend getaway. Home is clean and comfortable, exactly as pictured. Were able to prepare a simple meal in the kitchen/on the gas grill one night. The fire pit was a great bonus too. Location can’t be beat - easy access to the fun in Shem Creek, and everything we wanted to do in Charleston, Sullivan’s Island, Isle of Palms, etc was within a short drive. Would recommend and would stay again if we return to the area!

We enjoy connecting with new people and sharing our favorite recommendations in the area. We realize the place you stay while visiting can make or break your experience.
