Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a complex located on the lovely beaches of Orange Beach, Alabama. Unit 2101 is a lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath condo on the ground floor of one of the Tennis Villas. The unit sleeps four (4) using the queen sofa bed. It is located across from the two Tennis Courts. Although this unit does not have a beach view you can still hear and smell the gulf surf and the gulf breezes. This unit is well furnished with all the essential needs for a wonderful time at the beach. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. All bath towels and linens are provided. Guests must bring their own beach towels. There are chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach during the late Spring and Summer months.
*All kitchen, laundry, and bathroom products are the responsibility of the guest.
*Parking fee is $50 per vehicle for up to one month. There is a one car limit for this unit from Memorial Weekend though Labor Day. If your stay is longer than one month, a second pass must be purchased. Pass is purchased at the Guard Shack as you enter the complex by Credit or Debit Card only.
*NO EARLY ENTRIES. Check-in is at 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival.
*This is a non-smoking complex and a non-smoking unit, and a pet free unit.
*There are security cameras throughout the property including at the pools.
*First Responders with proof of identity get one free parking certificate. Reservation must be in First Responders name. No exceptions.

Girls Trip

First time to Orange Beach and the condo was perfect for the two of us. Close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores. Pool was nice and relaxing and beach was beautiful!

Long Weekend Stay

Beautiful condo and location

We loved this condo. It’s on the bottom floor which is convenient for families. A little walk to the beach and pools. Nice place for families.

Spring Break

We loved the location of being footsteps to the beach! It got noisy at times outside during our stay but other than that our stay was good. Our kiddos loved the indoor pool because it was cool while we were there.

Last Summer Getaway

Great Place for single family!

We had a great time at this condo! We had everything we needed and the condo was clean. My only complaint is the main entry door did not have a deadbolt or lock from the inside and my two year old could open the door. We had to leave a cooler in front of the door the whole stay. Otherwise, I had no issues with the condo!

Weekend in Gulf Shores

I visited Gulf Shores for the weekend with my partner and another couple. Having access to the beach and pool was amazing for our trip! My partner and I got to Gulf Shores after our friends so we ended up on the pull out. It was not as comfy as the bed but still comfortable enough to spend a couple nights on. The check in/out process was easy and it was really convenient to have in unit laundry for sandy beach clothes. Thank you for hosting!

Perfect Size/for a couple

Perfect Size for a short stay. Not too far of a walk to beach/pool. I really liked being able to park at the front door. Condo is a little dated. Bed was comfortable. The cleanliness was not that great - especially the bathroom!

Nice and Quiet

The property was exactly as described. It is in the tennis villas (two stories) and near the entrance to the community across from the tennis courts. A short walk to the beach and pool but also away from any of the noise from the pool when it is crowded.

Vacation

We had a great vacation! The condo was easy to find, easy to get into with clear instructions. Area was great! Although there is no view of the beach/ocean, it’s only a short walk and worth it! Anytime we had issues, I contacted the owner with an immediate reply. Door handle was broken when we first got there, and someone immediately came to fix it once I let owner know! Overall, such a great experience and would definitely go again!

Great location with a few cleanliness issues

The Positives: Great location and secure parking lot. Close to the beach and relatively quiet. Nicely furnished place with spacious kitchen and living room area. Property owner answered promptly each time we called with an issue. The Negatives: Needed to be cleaned better. The bathtub was nasty and was not cleaned at all. While roaches might be more common in the south, I shouldn't have to wake up to a new one in the condo every day. I understand you might be spraying for pest control, but they are easily getting in from somewhere which is not a pleasant thing to wake up to and almost step on. I called to let the owner know of the bathtub and roaches, and the response was "well at least you know the pest control is working" with no empathy towards us or the negative experience this created. A few promises of sending someone out to deal w roach problem we’re made without any follow-up to know if it actually happened while we were not home.. The front property gate attendant was not very friendly and seemed confused on what we needed to do in terms of payment and check-in. Overall, if the cleaning/roach issues did not occur, this would have been a very nice place to stay.

Nice place just not clean

Everything was nice about the property, except for the floors were dirty. There was seashells still on the floor from previous guest. There were two dead cockroaches on the floor one in the kitchen one in the bathroom, the cable box and the TV in the master bedroom would not work correctly had to get up and manually change it, ran out of toilet paper in the unit was afraid to use the stove or oven so I wouldn’t get charged the fees for cleaning. Says it sleeps, but only had two pillows for the entire unit. Luckily there were only two of us, but if there were more, make sure you bring your own pillow. Open the sleeper sofa for my daughter to sleep on and when we did, the mattress topper on the sleeper sofa had dirt on top of it we had to clean it off Before we put the sheets on it so she wasn’t sleeping in dirt.
