This two-level rental is located in the heart of Orange Beach, just steps from the surf and sand! Featuring a well-equipped, full kitchen and a furnished balcony with a partial Gulf view, this condo is the perfect getaway for a small family or just the two of you. On-site resort-style amenities including shared pools, sun decks, grilling area, and beach access.

For fishing excursions and more, make arrangements through Zeke's Landing Marina or SanRoc Cay, both roughly four miles from this rental. For unique dining experiences, check out GTs on the Bay, Tacky Jack's Orange Beach, or Ginny Lane Bar & Grill, all less than 10 miles away. And as the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail - Rosemary Dunes Trailhead is just steps from your front door, spend some time hiking or biking on the many trails that wind through the 6,500 acre Gulf State Park.

Great stay

We really enjoyed the condo. Everyone we met was friendly and the security guards were very helpful. With 3 pools, nothing was ever crowded. The room was the perfect size and layout.

Mini vacation

The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. The peekaboo view of the ocean was just enough. The condo was clean and even smelled clean. Will definitely stay here again.

The condo was the perfect spot for our vacation stay! It was clean and nicely decorated. It had all the essentials that we needed. The keypad for the door was super convenient. The beach access was great, and the pools were perfect for our little one! Hope to visit again next year.

Great place to stay

The only improvement would be to put a smart tv downstairs so that guests can use their online streaming services as needed. Difficult with college football bowl games & no ESPN downstairs.

Great place, amazing vacation

This was our first family vacation and it couldn't have gone better. Nice clean condo, had everything we needed. We had some much fun at the beach and in the pool. We would love to go back and would recommend to anyone. The whole process was easy, and everyone was super friendly they stayed in contact with me making sure to answer all my questions, that we arrived, and that we had check out instructions. We loved it!

Amazing

Overall property appears dated, elevators are in need of maintenance and run really slow but I enjoy staying at sugar beach!! The location to the beach, all the pools and the sugar shack is an added bonus! The condo was clean and just what my aunt and I needed! It was an amazing weekend!

Birthday trip

Took husband to orange beach for his birthday. We had a wonderful time. Condo was perfect. Only recommendation would be need to put pull string on fan upstairs because we would like to have used it but it is on high.

Not a 5-Star Resort, but Completely Acceptable

We chose this VRBO condo because of its proximity to a Phoenix property where our children were staying. We were generally pleased with the condo. It was comfortable for two people and was very convenient to the beach. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the upstairs shower. We were unable to use the upstairs shower because the water pressure was only a trickle, and thus, we were thankful for the second bath.

Great service. Fair condition of property

Property being 50 yrs old was in bad need of repair, which is an ongoing process, (I understand this.) Upstairs TV didn't work by Vacasa tried to help, with no success. only 1 elevator working. Overall condo was a 4 out of 5. Vacasa was 5 out of 5. Will recommend them for future vacations.
