Have fun with whole family at this stylish place. Brand-new flooring (July 2023) throughout the apartment; new onsite laundry center (January 2023); fully equipped kitchen and bath. New furniture 2024
Full service building.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Starting March 2025, LaPerla will begin a construction project lasting approximately 18 months. During this time, balconies in the active work lines will be closed for approximately 4 months and the pool will be closed for approximately 6-8 months starting in May. However, Newport Hotel will provide access to their pool for LaPerla guests. Beach services will funtion without any disruptions.

PLEASE NOTE:
Building requirements: Tenant evaluation ($100 per family with minor children or $100 per adult over 18); ID cards ($25 per person) Valet parking sticker ($10 one time fee).
No smoking, no pets allowed.

Sunny Isles

Mike was incredible and saved us when I left behind an important article and he sent it fed Ex immediately. The location and the view is spectacular so close to the shopping and restaurant area. Building management was 5 star and we would totally be staying here next year for sure. It was amazing to wake up to the ocean view each morning and to see all the way to Downtown Miami. Great Stay !

Amazing property, caring host

I stay in Miami every couple of months but this was my first stay in La Perla. The condo is even better than the photos show! Clean, well equipped and with everything you might need, right down to a washer and dryer which was a treat for quick refresh of clothes. I will pack less next time! The host Mike was fast and responsive to every question or comment and clearly takes pride in ensuring his guests enjoy their stay. Altogether a wonderful stay and amazing host. The building staff are incredible, from back office, to reception and the valet service. Everyone is friendly and efficient. The beach and pool services were also amazing. Overall I can’t wait to return; this is my new home from home in Miami Beach.

Great place

Michael's condo is amazing. The views of the ocean and the city are breathtaking. His condo is well maintained, very clean and cozy. We would certainly consider it when we plan another trip to Sunny Isles.

Happy

Went through a tough time with the application process but the hosts were good with guiding us through it. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location, building and host. Any questions or issues were resolved promptly. I would stay here again when in sunny isles.
