Polaris Paradise Maverick, Entire townhouse in scenic Polaris, MT

This townhouse is in the heart of the Grasshopper Valley just off of the Pioneer Mountain Scenic byway. Very quiet and comfortable with a great view of Maverick Mountain Ski Hill and the Pioneer Mountains. This is the perfect location for hunting, fishing, skiing, showshoeing, snowmobileing and many other activities depending on the season. It is located very close to many hiking trail heads. When the snow has arrived you can leave directly from the townhouse on your snowmobiles for a day of great fun on over 200 miles of groomed snowmobile trails. If you just want to relax in the hot springs, Elkhorn hot springs is just a few miles away. In the summer you can watch the chipmunks play from the back deck and deer, fox, moose and elk frequently walk by. This area is great for sledding with the kiddos.

There are 3 upstairs bedrooms all with queen sizes beds. There is also a basement Bonus Room with a full bed, a twin bed, and a twin bunk bed. There are 2 bathrooms with a jacuzzi type tub in the master bath.

There is a comfortable kitchen with all appliances so you can prepare your own meals, or if you just want to eat out, go up to Elkhorn, it is just a short trip up the road.

In the den there is an electric fireplace that is awesome for ambience.

It is great for families with lots of things to do or it is a great place to get away for a quiet relaxing weekend.

Steve is an exceptional host. Great communication and responsiveness. The home is clean, very well equipped. Has everything one needs and then some. Not lacking in any respect. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation. Our family loved it.

Great house in a great area

The house was awesome, really set up with everything you would need during the stay. The house was clean and ready for a large group if people or just a few. I really enjoyed the area and all of the amenities in the house and the town. I would definitely stay there again when i am in the area.

Great trip to Polaris

The townhouse was exceptional. Our grandsons really enjoyed the bunk beds! There was plenty of run for the our family. Ma Barnes Country Store was a short walk away.

We completely enjoyed the views, weather and this house! We actually rented both sides of the property due to this being a family vacation. The kitchen in the Elkhorn was stocked with plenty of seasoning and essentials. The house was easy to find, clean and the host was very informative! You are only minutes from the Hot Spring and Ma Barnes store is literally a 5 minute walk from the house which has essentials, food and drinks. I would definitely recommend and will come back to this location!

Great rental close to skiing and soaking

The Maverick townhouse was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. Just minutes from cross-country ski trails, Maverick Mountain ski hill, and Elkhorn Hotsprings. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need for your stay, including some basic cooking staples, spices, and condiments. The house is spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Respite in the Grasshopper Valley

Great Townhouse

We had a great time staying in this townhouse. There was plenty of room for our party of 6. 4 beds in the basement and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Both bathrooms are upstairs and are good size. The house was very well stocked with supplies and the kitchen was had everything we needed. The owner responds very quickly and was easy to work with. The area was beautiful with abundant wildlife. We would definitely stay here again in future trips.

Family Ski Weekend

Property is very close to Maverick Mountain Ski Resort and Elkhorn Hotsprings. House is very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with kitchen amenities, such as pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, storage containers ect. Had BBQ and outdoor fire pit .Plenty of towels and blankets. Only complaints basement room was cold, heater didn't warm it up and no blender.

Steve and Linda are both retired and enjoy living in Montana and sharing it with others. Steve retired from managing a plant building GPS equipment and Linda retired as a business analyst at Oregon State University. Polaris and the surrounding area is one of our favorite areas to explore in Montana so we decided to buy a place there that we can also share with others. We are both avid outdoor people and would love to give you tips on enjoying the area.

Located in Polaris, you will be surrounded by a wide variety of activities and adventures to enjoy. Maverick Mountain Ski area is only 3 miles away, our favorite hotsprings (Elkhorn) is only 5 miles away, and you will be located along the scenic Pioneer Mountains. Other activities in the area include a visit to Bannock State Park (a preserved ghost town) and Crystal Park. When the snow flies, access great skiing (downhill and cross country) and over 200 miles of snow mobile trails. Many visit the area for hiking, fishing, and hunting.
