We periodically have the property treated for pests throughout the year and it may very well be that many times, small spiders tend to linger around and appear from one day to another resembling mouse or roach droppings, which seems to be the case here. In any case, we have remediated the situation. We have also placed the items you were lacking in a more visible area as it seems that you had difficulty finding them. Sincerely JC

Hi Roxie, The swimming pool stays open according to the schedule that they post in their website, hence the info given to you. There must have been an unexpected situation or incident for them to temporarily close it without prior notification. We truly apologize for such inconvenience which is out of our hands. We periodically take proper measures to eradicate and keep out any unwanted insects in and around the perimeter of the house so it must have been an issue affecting the entire surrounding area in the neighborhood. Rest assured we have replenished any missing silverware needed. Sometimes guests seem to keep them to themselves without us realizing it. Any other issues you have mentioned have been addressed ever since your review was posted. Thanks for your feedback.
