Spend a relaxing getaway on the Olympic Peninsula at this three-bedroom, Allyn stunner. Boasting fairway-frontage on the Lakeland Village Golf Course, this home is just a short walk from the town waterfront and great local dining options. Designed with entertainment in mind, the home offers a bounty of family-friendly amenities and features including a large deck, games, and instruments.

The spacious, two-story interior features upstairs and downstairs living areas, plus a dedicated game room equipped with a library of books and selection of classic card/board games. Musicians in the group can entertain with an acoustic guitar and piano available for guest use. Enjoy fireside conversation in the main floor great room or head upstairs for shows and movies on the Roku TV in the loft living area. For a little bit of friendly competition, there's a Ping-Pong table in the garage.

The full, island kitchen comes well-equipped for home-cooking with updated, stainless steel appliances including a gas range and dishwasher. There's breakfast bar seating for two and the adjacent dining table is set for six.

Enjoy golf course views from the private deck and fire up the gas grill for summertime barbecues.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very beautiful property, quiet and secluded retreat. The amenities were great, the beds were comfortable. Any communication needed with the owners was great, They always got back to us in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

Roomy and relaxing

Enjoyed sitting on porch, both front and back relaxing. Nice location. Plenty of room inside, did not feel crowded at all and there were 6 of us.

Thanksgiving Trip

The house is exactly as advertised. There is a nice welcome gift of snacks and coffee. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed. Plenty of room for my wife and I and our 18 and 20 year old sons. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely backyard, quiet with wildlife.

A mama deer and two fawns visited, as well as squirrels, a woodpecker and other birds. We enjoyed the backyard area. The home is at the end of a fairway by the green. We saw a couple balls roll down the hill so not sure if they get any overhead, but be aware there are golfers, semi-private. Comfortable home, and the ping pong table in the garage was a definite plus!

Enjoyed staying

I didn't get any information where the key box located. It took me 15 mins to find. House is very clean and well maintained. They missed several items and I needed to contact the property manager. Other than that over roll pretty good.

Family time

Needed a modern, comfortable, clean, quiet house with affordability close to Silverdale and close to Shelton. Birdie Time was perfect for our family reunion to witness my Marine son get promoted and also enjoy witnessing both our sons continue their skydiving adventures at Skydive Kapowsin. Great neighborhood with sneak peek views of Mt Rainier on our morning walks. Wildlife pass by every morning and evening. Bubba Burgers and Peace, Love and Donuts in the small town of Allyn were a big hit with the family. Property manager was extremely quick to respond and very accommodating to any concerns we had. Overall excellent accommodations, excellent area, excellent experience!

Pros and Cons

Pros: The house was in a great location. Just up the hill from restaurants, coffee, gas station, and convenience store. The home was clean and had everything you needed. Well stocked. Great shower. Cute back yard. Had air conditioning which isn't common there. Cons: No TV in the living room. You had to go upstairs to a small loft or the main bedroom if you wanted to watch TV. The beds are outdated and uncomfortable. Thankfully I travel with an eye mask because there are sky lights in the bottom floor bedroom and it's very bright in the A.M. early. All and all we had a nice trip and the house was fine. If we could get a good night sleep and watch some TV winding down in the living room at the end of the night this place would perfect!

Had a hard to unlocking the door code to get into the home. Fire place was not working, had to call property manager who came out the next day to fix the pilot igniter. BBQ grill was out of propane, could not grill my steaks. Property manager arrived the next day to change out the tank.

Peaceful Getaway

After days of traveling and days at the races, this was the perfect house to come back to and relax. Clean, spacious for everyone to be able to spread out and relax. The rooms and beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the outside environment. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!!
