So many great shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance, tons to do!

Super easy access to all major highways.

Townhome is newly built, brand new everything, professionally decorated, large open spaces, over 2000 square feet to spread out! 2 bedrooms with deluxe king sized beds, a deluxe king sized sofa sleeper in living room, 2 full baths. Fully stocked kitchen, linens, etc., just bring your suitcase!

5 out of 5 stars! Home away from home - this clean, beautifully decorated condo has everything you need to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and memorable. The unit is super clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, having the garage makes it super convenient and the location is superb! We lucked out finding this gem and would definitely re-book if we're ever back in Fort Worth! Thank you to Mindy for the prompt communication and helping us with booking the unit last minute.

We’re local and having to bounce around while our house is remodeled so not there for a fun trip but normal boring life. Place is just as described, clean, well stocked and because parking down there is terrible having our own garage was amazing. Anyone intimidated by it being close to a ‘less desirable’ part of town clearly doesn’t understand how cities work because yes you will hear ambulances and cops as it’s close to the hospitals but it’s a safe area. House is great and you’re in between two of Ft. Worth’s best areas - South Main (you’re basically on it) and Magnolia. I pray my house is done by the time I’m back in town but if not would def stay here again.

Great location! Beautiful house!

We loved staying here for our first time in Fort Worth! It was a great place to be with our family! The house had everything we needed! It was close to great restaurants and local attractions! Can’t wait to come back!

Great location and garage

The location was perfect, just a short walk to many restaurants. It was so nice to have the garage to park in (with an opener!), especially since the area all around is heavily under rebuild.

Great stay

This townhome is a beautiful place that my husband, small dog and I really enjoyed. They had all the bells and whistles including coffee, wine, cookies and very quality beds, pillows, towels etc.. The fireplace is really nice too! We will definitely be back for another stay.

Great Apartment Great Location

This place is nice and centrally located to visit the Stockyards and Sundance Square. The beds are comfortable and everything well kept and clean. We enjoyed viewing the sunset from the balcony and the sunrise from the bedrooms windows. We would highly recommend!from the bedroom window

Fort Worth guys weekend - How bout dem Cowboys!

Came down to town for a football game. Found this good spot not far from a couple eateries and bars within walking distance. Good spot to hang out with the fellas.

Beautiful, clean, and well located property.

This property well exceeded our expectations. The unit is brand new, clean, beautiful, and very functional. Mindy was very responsive and flexible. There are many little restaurants in the area (but no grocery) and the property is within walking distance (although not recommended after dark) to the main downtown area. Many thanks; we had a wonderful stay!

Best Kept Secret

My wife and I loved this VRBO crash pad from the moment we walked into it. We are in our 60s, so the stairs were great exercise. We were here for the Solar Eclipse, and this vacation spot made it perfect. We love being so close to the downtown area of Fort Worth and managing to get to some local shops and the Water Garden. Everything worked great, and we loved the decor. Thank you to our host you did a great job!

Exactly what you want in a VBRO

So many “greats”. Great location, great beds, great amenities and great communication with Mindy. We were here for TCU graduation and it was 10 minutes to our daughters place and 15 to campus. Kinda nice to be out of the traffic. Easy to stockyards and downtown. I’ll be back next year for her masters graduation 💜🐸

Introduction to Ft. Worth

Stayed here for a weekend while kid was at TCU event. Very clean, well organized and decorated. As owner stated, lots of construction going on all around. That being said, it is a great developing area - great dining, cute and eclectic stores - all around a really nice area that is only getting more to offer. Only comment is the mattresses were quite soft but that is a preference. Would definitely stay again.

The Near Southside neighborhood is a fun, trendy area that's totally walkable and has tons of excellent restaurants, organic wine bars, coffee shops, boutiques, etc.
