Enjoy Fort Worth in style with this chic & funky condo in the Near Southside neighborhood. Within walking distance to JPS Hospital & the eclectic restaurants & shops on historic Magnolia Ave, the condo is just a 10 min. drive to the Cultural District and 5 min. to Downtown. Our spacious condo features a rooftop patio, 55" Smart TV, luxury bed linens, a fully-equipped luxury kitchen with high-end Samsung appliances, treadmill and weights, quiet work station and a covered garage w/remote control. Perfect for couples' night out, traveling professionals & Cowtown tourists! We offer discounts for multiple week or month stays in some months. Please contact us to inquire about these discounts and about extended midterm stays.

NEAR SOUTHSIDE
Fort Worth’s most eclectic district has come into its own in recent years – and there’s no sign of it slowing down. This casual, creative and close-knit community offers one of Fort Worth’s finest “restaurant rows,” distinctive live music venues, breweries, galleries and plenty of artistic endeavors all within walking distance. The neighborhood lies adjacent to the Fairmount National Historic District, the largest historic neighborhood in the southwestern United States. With more than one thousand contributing structures, it is comprised of mostly bungalow and four square homes from the late 1800s through the early 1920s.

We had a great time while in Fort Worth. From this location we easily got to downtown, the zoo, the botanical gardens and the Stockyard. We also made it to UNT and Dallas Aquarium in 30-40 minutes. Great food and coffee in walking distance. The unit was clean, perfectly stocked with all we needed for a weeks stay. Owners are great. Will absolutely stay again.

Property was very clean, comfortable and close to everything. Bed was very comfortable. Whole place tastefully decorated. Loved the living area, bedrooms, workout equipment and the patio. We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay again in the future.

Cute place to Stay

The house was perfect for our stay! Nice clean and close to everything we needed. I gave 4 stars for the accuracy of the listing because what they call a three bedroom is more like a two bedroom with an open area with a futon. It was spacious and we had lots of room would rent again.

Great Place, Great Location

The property was wonderful! Super clean, exactly as presented online, and within a ten minute walk to several restaurants and cafes. It was great having a garage for off-street parking, but on-street parking would not have been an issue. We highly recommend this property and will look to stay here again when back in Fort Worth.

Great layout in a fun area of Fort Worth

4 story condo right off of Magnolia Ave in Southside Fort Worth. Great layout and easy access to the fun in cowtown. Host was very thorough and helpful. Do recommend.

Fort Worth Stay

We had a fabulous time at the condo in Fort Worth. Our party of 4 adults had plenty of room. The condo was clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked (would suggest a few more KCups), garage was tight but we were able to park our vehicle inside which was a huge plus. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient and Chic Downtown Fort Worth Condo

Highly recommend this condo. Conveniently located in downtown Fort Worth and close to local night life. Condo looks exactly as depicted in pictures. Property manager was readily accessible throughout our stay and very helpful with request for a late check out.
