Step into convenience at our ground-floor gem in a 5-story haven—no more hauling luggage up stairs! Find a Valenbisi bike station 2 blocks away for swift exploration. Take a virtual tour on YouTube: "Best VLC Flat#2." Your bedroom boasts a spacious closet and personal AC/Heating units. The living area flaunts a comfy sofa bed, immersive AC/Heating and a 55" LED TV with Netflix & Amazon TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. Your comfort, our priority.
Guest access
Guest can check in anytime after 3pm. Early check-in/bag drop off might be available for a small fee. Property access, NO KEY EXCHANGE. All doors have keyless entry, codes are sent once booking is confirmed.

The apartment is located in the ground floor of a 5 story building, no stairs to drag your luggage (Bicycle Valenbisi station 2 blocks away).Watch the virtual tour on You tube title Best VLC Flat#2. The bedroom have a large closet with plenty of storage space and individual AC/Heating units for your comfort.The living room area has a sofa bed, AC/Heating unit, 55" LED TV with online streaming such as Netflix & Amazon TV. The kitchen has all basic cooking utensils, flatware, plates, pots, pans and plenty of storage space.
Guest can check in anytime after 3pm. Early check-in/bag drop off might be available for a small fee. Property access, NO KEY EXCHANGE. All doors have keyless entry, codes are sent once booking is confirmed.

•There is a security camera in the entrance area.

The Cabanyal is a Protected Historic Site from Valencia, declared of Cultural Interest in 1993. This district belonged to fisherman some decades ago. Nowadays is a nice, quiet and secure neighborhood with a great life throughout the day and night.
The apartment is well located, near all sorts of shops, bars, and restaurants. Check my guide, I have personally visited each place in the neighborhood if a place is not on my list it's because it's new or it wasn't up to standards.
Every Thursday there's a famous street market.
