Great house and location
My family really enjoyed our stay here. With two teenagers, it was plenty big for all of us to hang out in the living areas- but bedrooms were good size for alone time as well. Kitchen was recently renovated and absolutely gorgeous- perfect for cooking or just hanging out. The ice maker was a major plus on those hot days!
I found the house to be true to the photos online- the only minor surprise was the small size of the second bathroom. The shower is tiny! But it still works and it was fine. The house is well stocked with everything you need - even a beach cart and umbrellas. No need to bring too many of your own things. The furniture was comfy and the central air was a godsend.
The house is a five minute walk away from the beach. Easy to get back and forth. The location is in the heart of the Kill Devil Hills/Nags Head main area - so you are very close to many restaurants and shops.
The owner was great to work with - we had a small issue upon check in and he took care of it immediately. Very responsive.
My family of four really enjoyed this house for a week of summer fun in OBX. Would definitely stay here again.
