Great place to relax

The home was very accommodating. Very clean, the bed was comfortable, close to shops and restaurants. Checking in was easy, and the owner was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay there again!

This spot is right off of the main drag in the OBX with accessibility to everything in the area! The host was communicative in an expedient manner which was much appreciated!

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay. The location was great as quick drive to beach access and parking area there was never an issue. Close to restaurants and shopping. Questions were answered quickly by Joe. Nice area to walk dog and house has been updated.

Conveniently Located and Comfortable Beach Haven

Enjoyed our stay as this cottage was conveniently located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills and had everything we needed for our family of four and dog. Price was reasonable compared to similar cottages in the area. Cottage had a nice newly renovated kitchen and all of the basic amenities along with cute beachy decor.

Comfortable and Cozy OBX Getaway

My family and I had a great time staying at this house. We were able to jump right into beach mode when we got there & cooked lunches and dinners, ran our swimwear & towels through the washer and dryer, relaxed in the living room and porch after a long day, and slept great in the comfy beds. The location was perfect in that we were close to everything we wanted, but there wasn't a lot of traffic or noise to worry about.

This is an excellent beach house! It is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We were far from home but felt right at home there. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home

Very close to main road yet very quiet. Very comfy home. Plenty of space for 5-6 people. Very well decorated and maintained.

Beach House

The property was beautiful! Very clean and spacious. It met all our needs to enjoy a relaxing and memorable trip in the Outer Banks. Only a few blocks away from the beach but also tucked away from all the hustle and buzzle of the main thoroughfare.

A nice long weekend getaway

We were looking for a small but cozy place to enjoy the new year and this house was perfect. Super clean, newly renovated and beautiful on the inside. My family loved the beds and it felt very “homely”. Decor was spot on. Neighbors were friendly. Communication with Joe was a pleasure and took care of any needs we had. A comfortable Place

The landlord was amazing when answering and replying. Had a very comfortable stay, beds were soft, loved having washer /dryer access. Was surprised of no trash bags or dishwasher tablets, had to buy, and no access to broom or vacuum for sandy floors, but easy fix and pleasant all around.
