Brand new 2 bedroom 1 bath home right on the water with direct access to the 10,000 islands and Everglades National Park. Dock your boat right behind the house, great fishing, exploring and sunsets.!! This is a tiny home that will comfortably accommodate 2 couples or 2 individuals.

Moving furniture is not allowed. No cots or air mattresses of any kind. Please wash and put away dishes and strip the beds.

Please take the trash out. The dumpster is located on the northwest corner of Parkway next to the dock fuel pump.

Turn AC up to 75 when you leave. A excessive cleaning fee will be add to those who choose not to follow house rules.

The house was perfect get away and very clean. It had everything you needed for your stay in Chokoloskee. If I was going back I would stay there again.

Nice quiet spot!

Great if you have a boat and like to fish. Nights are quiet. My wife and I had a great time exploring 10000 islands. Caught a ton of fish and weather was perfect.

Fantastic stay on Chokoloskee

This small but spacious place is amazing. It has everything: the interior is very tasteful and updated and clean with impressive attention to detail to make it more pleasant and convenient. The location is also great, right on the dock with a view of the sunset over the water. The host Heather is also very responsive and nice. I would give six stars if I could.

An absolute must stay

This is our 2nd time renting this house. Location is perfect. Wake up, walk outside, get in your boat, and go! Will definitely stay here again and again.

Lovely Place to Explore the Everglades From

Cozy Everglades stay

Cute little place close to the Everglades! Excellent location with all the amenities you need, lovely view off the pier. We loved grilling and eating dinner by the water!

Great Place!

We had an excellent stay and enjoyed our visit to Chokoloskee very much. We appreciated having the boat right out the front door along with the grill and picnic table. The interior of the residence was very clean and nicely appointed. It had everything we needed. The neighbors were very friendly and bait/fuel, etc was only a short distance away. The host, Heather, is readily available, informative and a pleasure to talk to. Great place!

Great place!

Great cozy spot

What a great spot. If you want quiet and cozy and access to the water this has it all. Absolutely loved our weekend getaway. Owner is close and so nice. We would definitely come back.

Amazing property and host

This “tiny home” was amazing. I absolutely loved it and it is literally 4 feet from the water. Heather and Bruce were amazing and could not been more accommodating. This little community was great and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Host in an Awesome Home

Booked for a fishing trip in Chokoloskee and the accommodations were perfect. Water slip right behind the property so easy access to the boat and the host was extremely easy to deal with. Definitely would recommend every time!

Fishing Vacation

Wonderful little house and very clean. Heather and Bruce were easily accessible and great communication. Boat slip is literally 10 steps from the door. Perfect for a fishing vacation.

Chokoloskee Tiny home

This property was the perfect spot to stay for a long weekend of fishing. The inside and outside was extremely clean and had enough room to park a couple vehicles and unload all of our gear. The waterfront canal also made it convenient to store the boat in the evenings. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying in Chokoloskee.

Hidden gem

This is such a great place. Boat dock 5 ft from the cabin. Cabin well stocked and very clean. Owners are nice and answer any questions right away. Marina onsite with bait fuel and ice. Dont miss out book this place!

Rural getaway

Lovely small home in a marina. Heather and Brian were helpful hosts and everyone there was friendly. One caveat is to buy groceries before heading out to the house as it is miles away from any larger stores.
