The water was great! We usually have to purchase our drinking water. The fenced yard worked nicely for our dogs.

Great location (walking distance to marina and Smallwood's). Very clean (and if a mess was made, all supplies were there like mops, brooms, vacuum, washer/ dryer). The cooling/ heating was working great (seems like it was updated recently). The backyard was fenced in... so it was very dog or kids friendly (there was even toys there for them to play with). We have been coming to chokoloskee for over 20 years and the water pressure at this rental was the best I've ever had here (yay for a good shower after a day of fishing! ). Highly recommend this rental.

Location was great, minutes from the boat ramps. Had just about everything you need and was a cute comfy place for the 2 of us.

Perfect for the Occasion

This is our second time here and it works perfect for a long weekend of fishing the islands. Parking for the boat trailer and truck. Has everything you need. Thanks Teri!

Evergldes National Park Stay

Great place! We stayed three nights while visiting Everglades National Park. We liked the cleanliness and location as well as the ability to make meals and even did some laundry

Perfect! Large circular driveway for boaters. Fully furnished kitchen and bath which is always a plus.The back yard with a screened in porch is amazing.Had a wonderful time and Teri was great.

Cozy stay on Chokoloskee

Great stay on the island over the Christmas holidays. Quiet spot to explore the Evergaldes, get a boat tour or go fishing. Fenced yard was great for bringing the dog.

Comfy & Relaxing

Perfect place to stay in Chokoloskee. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. We were there visiting friends and it was nice to have our own space to relax.

This home was absolutely perfect they thought of everything. The home had an amazing fenced in yard that made it so convenient to let our dogs out. So clean and in the perfect location.

Great for a solo traveler

Its got the old florida style feel without being pricey. Its great location to walk the dogs and not far from many kayak launches. What i was looking for

Perfect Place

Stayed 4 nights, great location in Chokoloskee. Place exceeded my expectations. Its set up to cool meals, sleep, and park a boat out front. Makes a great fishing headquarters.

We have lived on Chokoloskee Island for 15 years and have lots of 'stories' and info to help our guests get the most from their vacation. Our residence is located on the same street as this cottage and therefore we are readily available for guidance or additional info.
